NOW RESERVING! 🎉

If you’ve wanted personalized help with your nutrition but haven’t felt ready to jump into full coaching, this is the PERFECT place to start.

Introducing my 7-Day Meal + Nutrition Audit ✨

Designed to help you understand what’s working, what may be missing, and what to adjust to better support your energy, performance, and goals.

For 7 days, I’ll take a close look at your:
👉 meals + snacks
👉 meal timing
👉 macronutrient balance
👉 pre and post-workout fueling
👉 hunger, energy + cravings
👉 patterns that may be leaving you feeling stuck

At the end of the week, we’ll meet for a 30-minute personalized nutrition review where I’ll walk you through what I’m seeing, where there may be gaps, and the realistic changes I’d recommend based on your goals, lifestyle, activity level, and current habits.

This is the perfect service for you if you’ve been wondering 👇

➡️ Am I actually eating enough to support my energy, workouts, and goals?
➡️ Are my meals balanced, or is something missing that leaves me hungry later?
➡️ Am I getting enough protein, carbs, fiber, and overall nutrients?
➡️ Am I fueling properly before and after my workouts?
➡️ Why do I keep crashing in the afternoon or feeling ravenous at night?
➡️ Could the way I’m currently eating be making it harder to build strength, recover, or see progress?

The goal isn’t to completely overhaul the way you eat.
It’s to help you stop guessing and understand the small, realistic changes that could make the biggest difference in how you feel and perform.

I’m opening ONLY 4 spots per month so I can keep every audit highly personalized 💚

Hi to my new friends here! Let me reintroduce myself 🤍

I’m Grace Wright, an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and ACE Certified Personal Trainer.

I received my certification through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, so my approach is rooted in nutrition—but goes far beyond just telling you what to eat.

There’s often confusion around the difference between an integrative nutrition health coach and a nutritionist, so let’s break it down 👇

A nutritionist typically focuses on what to eat and the science of food—helping you address specific dietary needs or medical conditions, often through meal plans or macros.

But here’s the truth… most women already know what they should be doing, but where they feel stuck is ⬇️
• staying consistent in these new routines
• navigating hard mental health days
• breaking the all-or-nothing thinking
• healing their relationship with food and their body

This is where I come in! 💃

As a health coach, I help you actually apply these habits in your real, everyday life!

An integrative nutrition health coach focuses on ⬇️
• turning knowledge into sustainable action
• mindset, emotional eating, and your relationship with food
• lifestyle factors like stress, sleep, movement, and routines

👉 It’s less about prescribing what to eat
👉 And more about helping you consistently follow through with guidance and tools that won’t overwhelm you

Inside my coaching, I get to combine my health coaching expertise and personal training background to help you build strength, improve your nutrition, and create habits that actually last 👏👏👏

I help you:
• build consistency in your nutrition and exercise without extremes
• learn how to eat intuitively—even on the hardest days
• navigate low motivation, stress, and body image
• create routines that actually fit your personalized schedule
• as a personal trainer, I can also build individualized workout plans specifically tailored to your goals

Because your journey isn’t just about what you eat—
it’s about the patterns, thoughts, and habits shaping how you show up for yourself every day. This is what drives real, lasting results. 🙌 by @strength.graceco

8 signs your body is asking you to eat more — not less 👇

1. You think about food all day 😵‍💫
Food noise gets louder when your body isn’t getting consistent energy. If you’re constantly planning, craving, or negotiating with food in your head, your body isn’t receiving enough nourishment.

2. You’re hungry soon after meals 🙄
If you eat and feel like you’re already searching for snacks an hour later, the meal wasn’t built correctly and needs more balance.

3. Your cravings hit hard at night 🥴
Night cravings usually start earlier in the day. The “healthy little breakfast,” rushed lunch, or snacky meals are catching up with you by dinner.

4. Your workouts feel harder than usual 🥵
If your weights feel heavier, endurance drops, or recovery feels slower, your body might not have enough fuel to perform and repair well.

5. You’re tired even after sleeping 🫩
Sleep helps, but it cannot fully make up for under-fueling. Your body needs enough energy coming in to create energy going out.

6. You feel irritable, anxious, or emotionally reactive 👹
Your brain and nervous system need consistent fuel too. Sometimes the “why am I so emotional?” moment is really a “when did I last eat enough?” moment.

7. Your cycle is irregular or symptoms feel worse 😞
Your cycle is a major feedback tool. When your body doesn’t feel safe, supported, or fueled enough, your hormones will be taking a hit.

8. You’re cold, sore, or run down often 🥶
When your body is low on energy, it starts conserving. That means less energy going toward recovery, repair, digestion, hormone health, and feeling like yourself.

Before you assume you need more discipline, zoom out.

Are your meals actually holding you over?
Are you eating enough earlier in the day?
Are you fueling around your workouts?
Are you giving your body enough energy to recover, regulate, and function well?

The idea is to build meals and habits that help you feel energized, strong, satisfied, and consistent to actually reach your goals.

THIS is where the real progress starts. Comment if I missed anything ⬇️🧐

Hey! 👋

Just an FYI - your goals and your favorite foods can both get a seat at the table this holiday season 🙌

You shouldn’t have to spend Thanksgiving dinner mentally calculating what you ate… or December squeezing in extra workouts to prepare for the your grandma’s famous Christmas cookies…

And you don’t have to put your goals on hold until January, either.

I created an exclusive coaching experience that helps find complete balance during the holidays.

🎉 Doors to Food Freedom Holiday Reset are officially OPEN! 🎉

8 weeks of personalized 1:1 nutrition, movement, and mindset coaching to help you FINALLY ⬇️

How you approach the next few months can change how you feel walking into January.

If every holiday season looks like “I’ll be good until Thanksgiving,” followed by “I already ruined it,” followed by “I’ll start again in January”… let’s work on that NOW.

Because another strict January plan won’t teach you how to enjoy a holiday dinner without guilt, understand your body, or stay consistent when your schedule gets messy.

Those are skills we can build while you’re actually navigating holiday parties, travel, family meals, and weeks when your usual routine isn’t happening.

Inside Food Freedom Holiday Reset, we’ll spend 8 weeks working 1:1 on your nutrition, movement, and relationship with food so you can:

👉 Enjoy holiday favorites without the “better eat it all now” mentality
👉 Understand nutrition so you know how to build a balanced plate at any social event
👉 Learn to listen to your hunger and fullness cues so you don’t feel the need to compensate the next day
👉 Adjust your workouts without deciding the whole week is a wash
👉 Walk into the new year with strong habits you’ve already practiced through the holidays and the confidence to keep progressing forward

How do you want to enter 2027?

Exhausted from another holiday season of food guilt, defeat, and more promises to “be better next time”?

Or stronger, more confident around food, and already making progress toward your goals? 🤔

The next three months are your opportunity to build that second option. What you practice now is what you take into January. 💕

Doors open THIS MONDAY and I only have 5 spots available. DM me “HOLIDAY” for the details. 🤍🎄🎉

I’ve been there. A lot of you have been there. Or you’re still battling this currently.

In a society where we’re taught to eat less and shrink as much as possible, it’s incredibly difficult to heal.

To learn to eat enough, let go of rigid rules, and stop tying your worth to your discipline.

But healing and educating myself gave me so much life back. Now I can enjoy a meal without needing to compensate for it. Miss a workout without letting it ruin my day. Actually listen to my friends instead of mentally adding up what I’ve eaten.

While still gaining muscle, endurance, and confidence in the process 📢💃

This is why my coaching goes beyond what’s on your plate. Your goals matter too 🙌 but, so does your experience getting there.

If you’re tired of spending every holiday promising yourself you’ll handle food differently this year, let’s work on it together, helping you reach your goals in the process 🤍

DM me HOLIDAY to start the conversation about the 5 exclusive spots Food Freedom Reset ✨🎉🤍

Imagine leaving Thanksgiving dinner thinking about the laughter around the table, the stories you shared, and the memories you made — not how you’re going to “make up for” what you ate tomorrow.

What if you felt confident, educated, and prepared going into the Christmas festivities, so you can enjoy your mom’s home-cooking without the guilt, anxiety, or pressure to compensate afterward 🥹

What if we took a different approach this season? 👇
No skipping breakfast the next morning.
No extra cardio to earn your pie.
No deciding you’ve blown it and might as well start over in January.

Instead, you’ll know how to fuel yourself throughout the day, approach holiday meals with confidence, and make choices that support you before, during, and after the celebration.

Food Freedom Holiday Reset is HERE ✨ 🎉

This is 8 weeks of personalized 1:1 nutrition, movement, and mindset coaching to help you build routines that support you through holiday parties, travel, busy schedules, and a calendar that’s anything but normal.

We’ll work on fueling consistently, planning ahead without restriction, creating a realistic movement routine, and enjoying your favorite foods without the spiral of “I shouldn’t have” afterward.

More importantly, you’ll feel confident and prepared going into EVERY holiday meal, so you can spend more brain power with the people you love vs. calculating the macros on your plate.

Because your health goals should support the life you’re living, not take you away from it. 💙

Doors open October 18th! And only 5 spots will be available.

DM me “HOLIDAY” to get the conversation started. 🎄✨🤍

I was that friend.

Never missed a workout. Always ordered the “healthiest” option. Said no to dessert, even when everyone around me was enjoying it.

And every “I wish I had your discipline” made it harder to admit how much I was struggling.

Because what people praised was costing me a lot.

Food took up so much of my mental space. Rest came with guilt. I hadn’t had a period in over two years.

Yet eating more and exercising less felt like giving up the thing people admired me for.

I was so attached to being seen as disciplined that I struggled to respond to what my body needed.

But being the friend who never skips a workout isn’t worth feeling exhausted, losing your period, or missing the signs that your body is struggling to ovulate. Being admired for your “willpower” isn’t worth sacrificing your hormones, your health, or the dinners, memories, and food you actually enjoy. ✨

You deserve to feel well in your body - even if caring for it means letting go of the habits people compliment. 🤍

Through my 1:1 coaching, I’ve helped women break free from the cycle of restriction, guilt, and overexercise so they can heal from the inside out and become the happiest, healthiest, most confident versions of themselves. Together, we move beyond food rules and fear to help you enjoy the foods you love while nourishing and supporting your body in a way that feels sustainable. 🌱

I currently just have 2 1:1 coaching spots left. Click the link in my bio to learn more and apply. 💌💫

You might be so used to your food rules that you don’t even recognize them as rules anymore.

“I just prefer eating the same meals.”
“I just feel better when I work out every day.”
“I’m just trying to be healthy.”

I told myself these things, too. But I had to get honest about what happened when I couldn’t follow my usual routine.

Here are 5 questions worth sitting with 🤍

1. Do I feel comfortable around food? Or only around meals I can control?
Having favorite meals is normal. But does eating something different leave you anxious or mentally calculating how to compensate?

2. If I couldn’t exercise today, would I still give myself permission to eat enough?
Notice whether a missed workout changes what you believe you’re “allowed” to eat.

3. Do I believe my worth stays the same when my body changes?
Does the way I speak to myself reflect that or do tighter jeans suddenly make me feel like I’m failing?

4. Am I eating food I actually enjoy?
Or choosing what I think I should want, then spending the day thinking about what I didn’t let myself have?

5. Does what I eat determine how I feel about myself that day?
Do I feel proud when I eat “perfectly,” but disappointed in myself after dessert?

You don’t need perfect answers. Pay attention to where your choices stop feeling like choices 🤍

This is why my coaching goes beyond what’s on your plate 👇

I help women feel powerful in the gym, confident going out to dinner, and enjoy a weekend without dreading trying to undo it on Monday.

Together, we build habits and a healthier relationship with food so you can pursue your goals AND actually enjoy your life 🥹

Getting stronger. Making memories. Feeling confident. Without constantly second-guessing yourself.

Reminder I’m here whenever you’re ready to have the conversation 💌

You finished dinner. You’re full. But suddenly the pantry is looking VERY interesting. 🤨

Before you start the “why can’t I just stop eating?” spiral, try this 👇🏻

✨ PAUSE. Give yourself a moment to check in.
Before automatically grabbing more, ask: Am I still hungry or just need to slow down a bit? Wanting a different flavor? Looking for comfort after a stressful day? There’s no wrong answer… this is information, not something to judge.

✨ Ask whether the meal actually satisfied you.
A meal can fill your stomach without hitting that satisfaction point. Did you eat what you wanted, or choose what you thought you should have? What would make it feel more balanced and satisfying?

✨ Notice the “now or never” thoughts.
If you’re already planning to cut back tomorrow or labeling this food off-limits, leaving some behind can feel harder. Remind yourself: I’m allowed to enjoy this again. I don’t have to eat it all today.

And if you check in and still want more? You’re allowed to have more, but a lot of times after following these steps, we find that we don’t.

These check-ins help you understand your eating patterns so every meal doesn’t end with you questioning yourself.

We have to understand what our brain AND our body are actually asking for.

This is part of the work we do in my 1:1 coaching: making food decisions feel easier so they take up less of your day 🙌

If this hits home for you, DM me “FUEL” to book your FREE discovery call so I can walk through how we can make this your reality 🤍
