Flame Fam!!!!! 🔥 I took the entire month of March to reflect on my journey as a woman, an entrepreneur, and a leader. Celebrating Women’s History Month while also honoring 3 years of Strike & Flame has given me so much to take in. This season has been a beautiful reminder of how far I’ve come and how much impact this space continues to make 😌💗🙌🏽 What started as a dream has blossomed into something so much more 💗 At Strike & Flame we’ve watched friendships form, love rekindle, families reunite, and coworkers grow closer. People come here to celebrate, to heal, laugh, and to make memories that linger long after the candles that they pour. That kind of magic can’t be manufactured - it’s felt, and it is real ✨ I’m especially thankful for the amazing young women who help bring this magic to life every day. My team is the heartbeat of my brand. Their personalities, their energy, and commitment to our guests are unmatched!! 💞 I am overwhelming grateful to be guiding, teaching, and watching them grow in confidence and leadership. It’s my pleasure to inspire and walk alongside the next generation of strong women 💪🏽 May we continue to grow, pour into one another, and leave our mark. Here’s to the women who dream, build, lead, and uplift! ✨ 📸 @stillshotsphotography_nc #womenshistorymonth #celebratingwomen #legacyinthemaking #pourintoothers #womeninbusiness #leadership #3yearsstrong by @strikeflamecandles

They see the final product. They don’t see the late nights, the setups, the retakes, the doubts, or the days when you do it all alone….. To every dream chaser building in silence, your vision doesn’t need anybody’s approval to be REAL❤️🕯️🔥 #greensboro #smallbusinessowner #womeninbusiness #buildinginsilence #entrepreneurlife by @strikeflamecandles
