The first edition of the Self-Love Self-Care Journey Within Passport℠ ends November 21—and there is still time to begin. 💜

Created to help women become more intentional about caring for their:

Mind. Body. Soul. Wellbeing.

Each stop offers a different invitation:

BREATHE — create space between you and the noise.
ENVISION — see beyond where you are.
NOTICE — slow down enough to experience what you normally pass by.
NOURISH — turn an ordinary routine into an intentional act of care.
RESET — honor your body’s need for recovery and restoration.
CREATE — shape an atmosphere that reflects how you want to feel.
EXPRESS — create without needing to perfect it.
SAVOR — stop rushing long enough to enjoy the life you are actually living.

This is not about checking off eight activities.

It is about giving yourself intentional opportunities to reflect, restore, experience something new, and care for yourself in meaningful ways.

There is still time to begin. Register now https://www.e-tour.me/marviette and start your Journey Within. 💎

☀️ SUMMER IN THE CITY | EPISODE 2

After brunch, it was time to get a little creative. 🕯️✨

Our next stop was Strike & Flame, where we each created our own custom candles from scratch—and honestly, this ended up being one of the coolest experiences of the day.

Here’s how it works:
✨ Choose your fragrance blend
🕯️ Pick your vessel
🏷️ Create your custom candle name
🥄 Mix your oils with the wax
⏳ Stir for three minutes
🔥 Pour your candle and let it cure

The scent wall alone was enough to keep us busy! Everyone built completely different fragrance combinations, and it was fun seeing how each person’s personality came through in their final candle.

Watching Eli approach candle making like a chemistry experiment might’ve been my favorite part. 😂

The owner and staff were incredibly welcoming, walked us through every step, and even sent us home with a snack while our candles cured.

If you’re looking for something unique to do around Greensboro, we’d definitely recommend adding Strike & Flame to your list.

From picking my own scent to pouring the wax, the entire experience was so much fun! And let me tell you... I clearly did something right because this candle smells SO GOOD. I’ve been burning it ever since I brought it home and now I’m already thinking about what scent I want to make next. 🤭✨

If you’re looking for a unique date idea, girls’ outing, birthday activity, or just something different to do, add Strike & Flame to your list. It’s fun, relaxing, and you leave with something you actually get to enjoy afterward!

10/10 would recommend... just don’t blame me when you become emotionally attached to your candle like I did. 🕯️🤍
