Atlas stone 80kg PB today! Tried to avoid tacky as long as I could, but needed it for this one 🫠 pretty stoked with my progress especially with my elbow injury holding me back for so long 🙌

Big thanks to the gym fam 🫶

Back to doing logs again now my elbow's feeling better 💪 37.5 to 47.5kg log ladder, happy with that! 😍🙌

Been a bit quiet as I've been rehabbing an elbow strain the last month or so, limiting my movements a bit 🫠 feels good to do the full strongman class again today with farmers walk and sled pull, finishing with 1RM clean and press at 52.5kg 🙌

FEEL THE FEAR AND DO IT ANYWAY 💪 with an old shoulder injury I've been terrified of snatches and split jerks. Last night I made progress and I'm so happy I kept trying! I still have a long way to go, but I'm excited to keep going and see what I can do 😍

Today was a good day. New PB in both events in class today - 50kg log press and now 60kg sandbag over bar 🙌 considering I have struggled with the atlas/sandbag movement since I started, this one feels extra good 🥰

As always thank you to my gym fam for the encouragement 🥹🫶

First time doing atlas stone to shoulder. Went in thinking no way, surprised myself by getting a 40kg ball of concrete up 😂 thanks as always to @coco_strongman for the guidance and the awesome crew for the support 🥹🫶

Does it get more metal than a tombstone carry?? Knowing strongman training, probably 😂 55kg carry, first time ever trying this one 🙌

Thanks for the tips @kiavdm 🫶

✨YAY✨ last week I was too scared to even do a split jerk with a naked bar. This week with the support of @a_k_weightlifting I not only got the hang of the split jerk, but also managed to do it with 39kg above my head 🙌 stoked is an understatement. Can't wait to see what else I can do 💪
