FOTOHOF>CALLING
Projekte Online ! 2026

Dear friends,
We’re looking forward to an evening filled with atmospheric live music and electronics in our home town:

NIGHT DEFINED RECORDINGS LABEL NIGHT
21st AUGUST | 19:00
SALON ROSA BEIGE | @galerie5020
free entry

As part of his first European tour, Mongolian artist Ts Bayandalai will be performing his first concert in Austria. His album “Wind of Oirat” was released in May 2026 on Night Defined Recordings.

We’re also delighted to welcome the multidisciplinary artist Rogine to Salzburg for the first time. Her album “breathe down my neck,” released in 2024, left a lasting impression on us.

The live program will be complemented by a DJ set from Salzburg’s very own @vierundvierzig.space resident, markmechanik.

The label’s physical releases—many of which were created in collaboration with the Salzburg-based design studio Studio Fjeld—will also be showcased and available for purchase that evening.

Exhibition design for @galerie5020

The research festival wild thinX opens a speculative space to critically engage with our built and natural environments—against the backdrop of ongoing violence and political excess. The exhibition architecture supports this approach with spatial interventions that frame and disrupt established perceptions.

Curatorial team: Karolina Radenković, Sophie Goltz, Niklas Koschel
Exhibition architecture: Fritz Rücker
Exhibition management: Christian Zwerschina

The exhibition Bilderwende. Zeitenwende presents the results of a multi-year research project on the early history of photography in Salzburg. Spanning the period from the 1840s to the 1870s, it traces the emergence of photography as a new medium and its gradual integration into everyday life, culture, and society.

The exhibition is part of the Salzburg Museum’s guest appearance at the Rupertium. @museumdermodernesalzburg
