“Creating a gym goes far beyond picking out gym equipment. We look at materials, what will clean the best, and what is most comfortable and durable for heavy use. We test flow, class size, and organization and create a system to ensure our guests can move freely around our stations. Lighting, music, paint color are all big decisions for us, as they directly impact the mood a guest might have while in the studio.

Most importantly, we follow our gut. What would make us what to workout there? What would create the very best workout environment possible? What makes me feel the most confident?

Since our members are able to use all three locations with one membership, it’s important to make sure they all feel familiar, yet stand on their own. That each studio should represent and fill the gap needed in that city. When you walk into a StudioFit, it should immediately feel approachable.

Design decisions directly impact someone’s workout so we take them very seriously.”

🧘‍♀️✨ we got our sweat on with the girls!!

Tampa Book & Sip took over @studiofit.training in Tampa for a health & wellness morning and it did NOT disappoint 💪🔥 the energy in that studio was unmatched — such a gorgeous space and the perfect way to connect as a community 📚

🎯 major spotlight on StudioFit for hosting us and putting us through the best workout — if you haven’t trained there yet, GO 👏

And because recovery matters just as much as the reps... @milkmadre showed up after with coffee to fuel us right back up ☕🤍 @addante.official kept the vibes high all morning with incredible music
