Next up from Apt MN, as featured in @vogueliving: the principal bathroom.

Here we continued the project’s architectural treatment of material. Expansive marble slabs cover the floor, walls and vanity, while a sculptural marble tub gives the room an almost monumental quality. Alabaster pendants softly light the vanity niche, framed in bronze. Everything from the tub to the trim was designed by us, @studiolawahl.

Next up from Apt MN, as featured in @vogueliving: the kitchen.

Bespoke cabinetry, bar stools and dining table in teak and bronze set the tone. For the countertops we chose a durable quartzite with exquisite veining, perfect for a client who loves to cook without worrying about stains. Inset vitrine cabinets on each side of the doorway into the sitting room give generous space for glassware.

We’re thrilled that Apt MN, designed by us, @studiolawahl, and captured by @florbrant, is now featured in @vogueliving!

The walk-in closet of fashion entrepreneur @nathalieschuterman was conceived as a room in its own right. Responding to our client’s wish for a generous and social space, we designed it as a private salon, dressing room and workspace rather than a purely functional wardrobe. Bespoke joinery, hand-painted @degournay panels, lighting by @apparatusstudio and custom-designed furniture give the room an identity all of its own.

This is the Entry Hall, where we designed a bespoke ceiling mural, a marble fireplace and a console table. Vintage Onda Bench with Magazine Rack by Jorge Zalszupin for Atelier Moveis, 1950s. Mirror ’Reaction’ above console designed by @hervevanderstraeten, via @ralphpucciintl. Ceiling pendants from @apparatusstudio. This is the kitchen, where we designed bespoke cabinetry and dining table in teak. The stone is a durable quartzite with exquisite veining, perfect for a client who loves to cook but hates stains on the countertops. We also designed inset vitrine cabinets on each side of the doorway leading in to the sitting room, where there is lots of space for wine glasses etc.

This is the Walk-in-closet, one of our favorite rooms in the apartment. The room is not simply designed as a functional storage space, it is more a social and inspirational room where the lady of the house has a generous bespoke desk and lots of space for creative work. The room acts as a transition between the social and private areas in the apartment and it has a lovely view towards the master suite on one side and towards the cinema room / library and sitting room on the other. The wallpaper is a focal point in the room, the hand painted birds from de Gournay are stunning! Behind the large mirrored doors in the back of the room we find a passage to the Inner Hall.

So glad to finally be able to share pictures of our beloved Apt MN, a very special project that we have worked on the last years. It has been a close collaboration with our clients and a strive to achieve something extra ordinary. Thank you for the trust in our vision! 🖤

The first room we want to show you is the Master Bathroom. Designing this room was definitely one of the most fun tasks we had during this process and it is so exciting to be in the room IRL, it has a grand but also warm and inviting feeling and when we walk around in the space it feels like we are walking around in the 3d-renders we did four years ago.
