I drew more than 50 layers of graphite marks to make this drawing; until the graphite was imbued in the paper. On view today @untitledartfairs #houston @studiolightspace taken in UNTITLED. Art Fair by @studiolightspace

Susan York initiates an immersive experience with her work, allowing objects to dematerialize into the space that surrounds them. With the graphite works under certain light conditions even the shadows register a grey scale

Tom Martinelli has been working with transparency and opacity for years. The work ranges from high contrast to the most subtle shifts in color. How it looks at midnight is just as impactful. Day 2 untitled art Houston
