“Going into this house, I said whatever’s on the bones, I’ll bring back to its history.” And that’s exactly what @studiototeda did.

The couple’s third house reno, which oozes comfort and charm, serves as the perfect example of how to bring a home into the 21st century whilst still honouring its rich history. You’ll find intricate coving, ornate stone fireplaces and antique art in their space, beautifully paired with modern furniture and cool marble tops.

This intentional feel to their home is supported by the colours they chose for their walls. White 02 and Blue 03 are found on the ground floor, which help open up the space and provide an uplifting background for their warm wooden furnishings. They opted for Greige 02 in their bedroom, where the priority was luxurious comfort.

The colours build to a crescendo as you reach the couple’s Purple 03 loft office, a richly indulgent room that’s more stimulating for creativity than you’d ever expect.

The guest bedroom before + after 🔨🏡

Open House with @studiototeda.

Step inside the London-based couple’s third home renovation - a three-year project that oozes charm, character and comfort, with a large presence on calmer colours, such as Blue 03, Greige 02 and White 02, as well as a hint of drama with Purple 03.

As big fans of period properties, Nick and Ant flipped modern renos on their head, and chose to invest in restoring the house’s original features - from parquet flooring to to antique art, intricate coving and ornate stone fireplaces.

“I saw a townhouse in Soho and it just felt like there were loads of memories happening there. So I wanted to recreate that here and I really wanted some old pieces that felt lived in, in this space.”

It’s an @marksandspencerfood Christmas in this household 🎄 🥘 We prepared lots of M&S’s picky bits and welcomed our friends to enjoy an early Christmas celebration at ours this year! 🏡 Not to forget, our friends drank local as we paired everything with @balfourwinery Pino Noir & Sparkling Blanc de Blancs! 🥂Who wants to come to our next party? 🏡

POV: You buy the ugly house. Swipe to see how far we’ve come… 👈 Today we’re sharing a little backstory to our London Victorian home renovation.

•

What started as the most run-down house on the street is now the home we always dreamed of. 🏡❤️

After many day trips to @bandq_uk (our home away from home) and at one point moving into only one liveable room that had to be our everything… bedroom, living room, dining room, and kitchen all in one. 😳

What was once an abandoned house is now our safe place, our dream home, and the foundation for the life we’re growing. 🫶🏻👨‍❤️‍👨
