So thrilled to see this beautiful renovation getting a full spread with these images I took - for @lick as part of @studiototeda’s Open House tour - featured in the most recent issue of HELLO! Fashion.

Photographing real homes that people have put so much time and effort into is such a privilege.

The most impactful week we’ve ever had. @cannes_lions reminded us why we started creating in the first place: to tell our story, and inspire our audience to live. From our conversations with global creators, brands, platforms, and some of the world’s best YouTubers, to viewing a possible next Studio Toteda project in the South of France… this week felt like more than your regular trip. It feels like the beginning of our next era, and a reminder that the best ideas only matter when you actually start them. ❤️

“Going into this house, I said whatever’s on the bones, I’ll bring back to its history.” And that’s exactly what @studiototeda did.

The couple’s third house reno, which oozes comfort and charm, serves as the perfect example of how to bring a home into the 21st century whilst still honouring its rich history. You’ll find intricate coving, ornate stone fireplaces and antique art in their space, beautifully paired with modern furniture and cool marble tops.

This intentional feel to their home is supported by the colours they chose for their walls. White 02 and Blue 03 are found on the ground floor, which help open up the space and provide an uplifting background for their warm wooden furnishings. They opted for Greige 02 in their bedroom, where the priority was luxurious comfort.

The colours build to a crescendo as you reach the couple’s Purple 03 loft office, a richly indulgent room that’s more stimulating for creativity than you’d ever expect.

Today we’re building a custom DIY headboard from scratch to give the room that boutique hotel feel… because of course we chose the most extra project with a deadline 😅 Upholstery, problem solving, a bit of chaos, and lots of last minute design decisions, but it’s finally starting to look like a proper bedroom.

Open House with @studiototeda.

Step inside the London-based couple’s third home renovation - a three-year project that oozes charm, character and comfort, with a large presence on calmer colours, such as Blue 03, Greige 02 and White 02, as well as a hint of drama with Purple 03.

As big fans of period properties, Nick and Ant flipped modern renos on their head, and chose to invest in restoring the house’s original features - from parquet flooring to to antique art, intricate coving and ornate stone fireplaces.

“I saw a townhouse in Soho and it just felt like there were loads of memories happening there. So I wanted to recreate that here and I really wanted some old pieces that felt lived in, in this space.”
