Joseph Pilates believed in patience, persistence and doing the basics really, really well. So do we. He wrote the rules in 1945. They still hold up. Here are the SparkNotes: ✖️ Patience → repeat the basics slowly and intentionally. a lot. not because we ran out of ideas. that’s how it sticks.
✖️ Coordination → every cue has a reason. we’ll explain it. possibly mid-plank.
✖️ Happiness → 45 minutes that make your whole day better. your feelings about the hundred may vary.
✖️ Spine → roll downs, rotations, side bends. your hamstrings have filed a complaint. it’s under review. Every class at Studio X is built on those same principles. It’s not about doing more. It’s about doing it better, then doing it again. The playlists are just better now. Everything builds. Your next level is waiting. Patiently.

Big news, and we wanted you to hear it from us first: Studio X is leaving ClassPass. When we joined, the goal was simple: open our doors to as many people as we could. And it worked. ClassPass brought so many of you into our rooms for the first time. Some of you came for one class and stayed for years. Some of you became regulars, friends, and the faces we look forward to seeing every week. We love that, and we’re so grateful for every single person who found us through it. But the way we teach has evolved. The Studio X Method is progressional. Every class builds on the last, every level earns the next, and our instructors are watching how you move so they can take you further. That kind of progress depends on knowing you: your history, your level, your progress. ClassPass limits how much of that we can give, and we’re not willing to give anyone less than the full experience. So we’re choosing the version of Studio X we believe in, and we want you in it. If you found us through ClassPass, you’ve already built something here. You’ve put in the early alarms, the shaking last reps, and the comebacks after the classes that humbled you. Don’t leave it behind. We’ve made it easy to keep going. To make staying easy, we’re extending limited-time offers to our ClassPass clients, including no-commitment membership options and our Method in Motion: 10 Class pack. They’re available through Sunday, November 1. 📅 Last ClassPass class: Sat, Oct 31

When we said THERE’S LEVELS TO THIS SH*T, we meant it. Progression was never our idea. It’s built into the method. We just refuse to skip it. Levels with a purpose, a starting point, and a place for you to go next. Reformer. Tower. Chair. Mat. Not four different workouts, ONE SYSTEM, doing four different jobs. Because that’s how you’re built. Everything connects, and our method trains it that way. Not from “going harder.” From going again. And again. Correctly. Until the movement you couldn’t find three months ago shows up like it was always there. Consistency builds capacity. Capacity earns you the next level. Wherever you are right now, there’s a place for you in it. And a next one waiting. Stronger. More stable. More mobile. More powerful…Not the loud kind, the earned kind.  Monday, we’re letting you in. We can’t wait for you to experience it 🔥 by @studioxnation
Sometimes the most advanced thing you can do is come back to basics. In an industry where “Pilates” gets stretched to cover almost anything. Pilates-inspired, Pilates-adjacent, Pilates-ish…we’re getting specific about what we teach. Not because trends passed us by. Because the method has been working for over 100 years, and everything we do still traces back to it. Contemporary in HOW we teach. Original in WHAT we teach. So we’re returning to our roots. On purpose. We’ve been building something. A truly progressional contemporary Pilates environment, where strength is built, advancement is earned, and the principles are non-negotiable. Get ready for the activation because there’s levels to this sh*t. Stay close by. More coming soon 🔥 by @studioxnation
