Thanks to my dear friend and client, @travisarychuk, CEO of Private Sky Aviation Corp @flyprivatesky, for the invitation to fly to Yellowknife, NT, and attend this weeks Geoscience Mining Conference and host new SARAI BESPOKE consultations.

Wonderful experience to meet his family and colleagues, learn about their other companies @fuelflo & @aviergroup , and visiting the Northwest Territories for the first time. Hopefully get a glimpse of the Northern Lights before returning home!

Definitely didn’t have this on my travel list to start the year but this is one of many unexpected byproducts that can potentially come along with our bespoke journey with Style by Sarai.

Thank you Travis and your entire family for your hospitality and kindness. It’s truly appreciated, my friend. 🙏🏾👌🏾🛩️ 👔🇨🇦

From travelling to Mazatlán, Mexico, to create bespoke garments for Cannes Film Festival in France, and now preparing for Nassau, Bahamas.

One of the things I appreciate most about what we’re continuing to build with SARAI is how our work presents opportunities and introductions to travel around the world. From bespoke consultations and creating garments for special occasions to lifestyle events and collaborations, it’s the people, relationships, and experiences along the way that make it meaningful.

Next stop is the 4th Annual Centurion One Capital Bahamas Summit, October 19–21, at Rosewood Baha Mar.

Grateful to our clients and dear friends, Kia and Nima Besharat, for the opportunity to be part of this year’s sold-out summit as a Gold Sponsor and to create SARAI Bespoke garments for the occasion.

It’s always an honour to create a custom garment for someone for their wedding. When that person has been a client and dear friend since the early days of SARAI Bespoke, the occasion feels all the more personal.

Creating Matteo’s wedding tuxedo and his father’s suit was a privilege. Being there in Abruzzo, Italy, to celebrate alongside them made it even more memorable.

These are the moments that remind us that what we do goes far beyond the garments. It’s about the relationships we build over the years and the milestones we’re fortunate enough to be part of.

Matteo, thank you for your friendship, your trust, and for welcoming us into such a meaningful celebration. It was an honour to be part of it. 🙏🏾

Celebrating Javani’s 4th birthday on Thanksgiving is a beautiful reminder of just how much I have to be grateful for.

His energy, curiosity, resilience, humour and the way he experiences the world with such excitement bring so much joy into our lives. Watching him grow, discover who he is and develop his own little personality is one of life’s greatest gifts.

More than anything, I’m thankful for family and for the blessing of being a Dad to Gio and Siena. They continue to teach me, challenge me, make me laugh and remind me to appreciate the moments that can pass by far too quickly.

Happy 4th birthday, Gio. Keep exploring, keep laughing and keep being exactly who you are.

Sharad's idea of leadership isn't about being the best in the room, it's about making everyone else better. In the second half of our conversation, he talks about the leaders who've shaped how he thinks about influence, from a captain who led without needing to be the top scorer, to a tech CEO known for leading with empathy, and closes with the advice he'd give his own younger self: enjoy the journey, don't wait for the end game.
