Last Saturday we were trekking in the stunning foothills of the Altas mountains in Morocco.

Guided by the wonderful Latifa, who’s lived there her whole life, she took us through some of the Berber villages that were completely destroyed by last years earthquake. It was a truly humbling and emotional thing to witness. The villages now look more like refugee camps with homes made out of make shift tents, while mounds of rubble still remain as a reminder of the lives and homes lost here. But despite this catastrophe, the people here were united in their community and so welcoming, even kind enough to host us for some tea and bread in one of their tents. To witness what it must be like to live like this was upsetting. They clearly make the best they can do right now while they start the long tiresome process of rebuilding their lives here. Their spirit was full of grace and ever hopeful. It was a moment in my life I shall never forget and a reminder to always be grateful for the life I get to live.

Weekend road trippin’ through the New Forest. First time campervan-ing!

Sea swims, sunshine, campfires (kinda), plenty of mosquitoes, wingspan by torch light…. The key is all in the preparation (so we learnt 🤣)…..and now at home with two positive covid tests 😣

End of an era! My last week in London was filled with time spent with my beautiful friends in glorious sunshine…. And a f**k load of packing! 🫠

Almost 10yrs in Hackney and over 15yrs in london. Now I’m off to live in the shire of Oxford with my amazing, wonderful and gorgeous @gljones77 and I can’t wait to see what this new chapter has in store for us 💘

Two weeks ago today my darling Pooch passed away unexpectedly. I’m devastated by this loss, we have been together through all of life’s ups and downs for 14 years. My best friend, my companion, my confidant, my 3-legged wonder, my home. If love could of kept you here, you would of lived forever. Rest now my sweet prince, you will never be forgotten 🐈‍⬛ 💔
