We got our hands on a bottle of clairin and immediately made a daiquiri.

You should definitely do the same.

Also, this clairin is legit—really light but super fruity with a touch of funk.

INGREDIENTS:
2 oz clairin
3/4 oz lime juice
3/4 oz simple syrup
Garnish: none

DIRECTIONS:
Combine ingredients in a shaker and shake with ice. Strain into a chilled coupe.

So here’s the perfect cocktail for the occasion.

INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 oz white rum
1/2 oz cocchi americano
3/4 oz passion fruit syrup
2/3 oz grapefruit juice
1/3 oz lime juice
2 dashes peychaud’s bitters
Garnish: half wheel of citrus

DIRECTIONS:
Combine ingredients in a shaker and shake with ice. Strain into a Collins glass and top with ice. Add garnish.

This is our fav negroni riff during spring & summer months ☀️

INGREDIENTS:
1 oz Mezcal
3/4 oz Ancho Reyes Verde
3/4 oz Suze
Garnish: orange peel

DIRECTIONS:
Combine ingredients in a mixing glass and stir with ice. Strain into a glass over a large cube. Hit it with some orange peel zest and drop peel into glass.

Cheers to the weekend—hope it’s filled with good waves and great drinks!

🏄🍹🤙

INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 oz dark Jamaican rum
1 tsp fernet
1 tsp coffee concentrate
1 oz pineapple juice
1/2 oz grapefruit juice
2/3 oz cinnamon syrup
Tonic water
Garnish: fresh grated cinnamon, pineapple frond

DIRECTIONS:
Combine all ingredients minus the tonic water in a shaker with a small amount of crushed ice and whip shake. Open pour into a glass over ice and top with a splash (1/4 to 1/2 oz) of tonic water—this gives it a little extra flavor and froth. Add garnish.

Of course we were gonna do a Hemingway inspired cocktail as soon as we got our hands on this mug from @littlegrassshack_uk.

INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 oz white rum
1 oz amaro montenegro
3/4 oz lime juice
2/3 oz grapefruit cordial
1 tsp maraschino cherry syrup (yup, directly from the jar of cherries)
Soda water
Garnish: fresh mint

DIRECTIONS:
Combine the ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake well. Strain into a glass over ice and top with about 1 oz soda water. Add garnish.

Put a little banana in your espresso martini.

And try it with Copalli’s Cacao Rum (or a white rum infused with cacao nibs) for some of that chocolate-banana-coffee goodness.

1 oz Copalli Cacao Rum
1 oz espresso
1/2 oz coffee liqueur
1/4 oz banana liqueur
1/3 oz banana syrup
Garnish: banana chip

DIRECTIONS:

Merry Fizz-mas!

There’s something about Christmas on a Sunday that calls for a fizz. So here’s a recipe for you and yours to enjoy this holiday season

INGREDIENTS:
2 oz spruce-infused gin
1/4 oz allspice dram
1 oz lemon juice
3/4 oz festive cranberry syrup
1/4 oz orgeat
1 medium egg white
Soda water
Garnish: fresh cranberry

DIRECTIONS:
Combine all ingredients except the soda water in a shaker and dry-shake without ice for 8-10 seconds. Add a large ice cube and shake very well. Double strain into a glass and top with soda water. Add garnish.

Here’s a festive swizzle that’s equally warming and refreshing.

Hope you all get a chance to swizzle one up (and other delicious drinks) this holiday season💚

INGREDIENTS:
3/4 oz pineapple rum
3/4 oz kumquat-POP
1/4 oz allspice dram
1/2 oz festive cranberry syrup
3/4 oz lemon juice
Garnish: dehydrated citrus

DIRECTIONS:
Combine the ingredients in a glass and fill with crushed ice until the glass is two-thirds full. Swizzle together using a lele/barspoon. Top with more ice and add garnish.

[𝚂𝚝𝚒𝚕𝚕] 𝙽𝚎𝚎𝚍𝚜 𝚊 𝙽𝚊𝚖𝚎

Apparently every time we get our hands on a cool new mug (this one from @mortar_and_stone) we make this concoction. It features Rum Fire, so the funk is strong, and a bit of Yellow Chartreuse, honey, and citrus that really brings it all together.

Buuuut we [still] don’t have a name for the drink, and we [still] need your help! Keep the recs coming ⬇️⬇️⬇️

INGREDIENTS:
Orange wheel
1 oz white overproof rum
1/2 oz yellow chartreuse
1/4 oz dry curaçao
3/4 oz lime juice
3/4 oz honey syrup
2 dashes Peychaud’s bitters
Garnish: fresh grated nutmeg, orange

DIRECTIONS:
Muddle the orange wheel with the bitters, syrup, and lime juice in a shaker. Add the remaining ingredients plus ice and shake well. Strain into a mug of your choosing and top with ice. Garnish with fresh grated nutmeg and a half orange wheel.
