Earth Rhythms 🫂🧡

Last week, over the sea and beneath the sunset, we came together for a very special journey with @foc.thefestivalofconsciousness

Thank you to everyone who joined us for this beautiful evening of connection, movement, breath, and togetherness as we welcomed the autumn season here in Barcelona.

With @jamieberon ‘s supportive guidance and invitation to let go of who we no longer are, we were given the space to soften, release, and return to the truth of our hearts.

Thank you for being in ritual with us at the beautiful @marinavela_barcelona

We’re already looking forward to the next gathering in December.

SEE YOU THERE! by @sucosessions

Palma, we’re coming to you!

Join us for the SUCO launch in Mallorca, a 60-minute immersive experience designed to help you release tension, recharge your energy, and come back to the body’s intelligence as a community.

Through movement, active meditation, breathwork, connection, and electronic music delivered through wireless headphones, we’ll move through sunset together overlooking the sea.

The session will be held in English and Spanish and facilitated by Adriana Molina, Chris Theis, and Damiano Demeco.

After the session, you’re welcome to join us for dinner at Port CalaNova Restaurant and continue the evening from the rooftop terrace.

Hosting SUCO in Athens with Stella felt like one of those moments where you stop and realize how quickly this has all started to move.

A huge thank you to @stella_eggo for bringing everything together and creating the space for these sessions to happen.

While we were there, Kamran and Jamie sat down to talk about what it means to keep bringing SUCO into new cities, how the sessions evolve in different places, and what it feels like to watch new Inner Circle facilitators begin creating and leading in their own way.

It is kind of wild to think that only a few months ago, this was still something we were building from the ground up.

Now we are already seeing facilitators take the practice into their own communities and shape their own expression of it.

That is a big part of what the Inner Circle is about.

It is an 8-week journey into the SUCO methodology, active meditation, embodiment, facilitation, and leadership.

Some people join because they want to become facilitators. Others come because they want to go deeper into the practice themselves.

Either way, the intention is the same: to learn how to create spaces where people can connect, move, feel, and experience something real together.

Last Saturday, facing the sea, the city left behind, we let go.

Headphones on. All of us moving together, in the same room, at the same time. Guided by @jamieberon @sucosessions , we let go of what no longer felt true and returned to what we want to feel more of.

We remember through the body. We remember being together, aligning with the rhythms of the earth.

WE CAME TO RELEASE.
We left with more space.

Thank you for entering the ritual.

Cascos puestos.

WE CAME TO RELEASE.
We left with more space.

Gracias por entrar al ritual.

As AI changes how we work, create, communicate and make decisions, the question is not only what technology will become…

It is who we want to become alongside it.

The future of wellbeing is not something we can do on our own!

The SUCO Inner Circle.

8 weeks into embodied collective intelligence.

SUCO at ◑ TERRA ◐

So many of you told us this was the best moment of your day. For most of you, it was the first time experiencing this practice, and it was so moving to see how deeply transformative it was.

The awakening of the inner fire. 🔥 Letting it move through us and find expression through movement, breath, and dance. Moving to the same beat, our hearts in sync, and the joy of releasing, rising, and feeling alive together.

Words cannot express how deeply grateful we feel for this gift. And yes, it truly was a gift. Jamie and Lydia chose to offer this session without asking for anything in return. 🤍

We share this to honor their generosity and the power of co-creating with people and projects who resonate so deeply with our values.

We hold Jamie’s words close to our hearts: Music is the medicine, the door to ourselves, and the bridge towards each other. A truth that lies at the very foundation of both Saecred Sounds and SUCO.

Our word for this moment: CONNECTION

And for those who want to experience the magic of this session again, @sucosessions is hosting EARTH RHYTHMS tomorrow in an incredible location.

What started in one room is now traveling far beyond it.

Over the past weeks, SUCO has been moving through 6 cities, 11 sessions, 6 guides, and more than 1,000 people.

Our Inner Circle facilitators are the ones carrying the practice forward, sharing it with their own local communities and making it their own.

Movement.

Connection.

Presence.

Collective wellbeing.

The circle is growing, and it is so exciting to watch it happen!🫂

The earth changes rhythms. So can we.

We live at a pace the human body was never designed for. Always connected, always moving, always on.

Earth Rhythms is an invitation to reconnect with something more natural through movement, breath, electronic music, sensation, and collective energy.

For the Autumn Equinox, SUCO and FOC are bringing this ritual into a new environment, by the sea and under the changing light of the season.

We want this one to be shared.

One ticket brings two people into the circle.

Your body keeps its own rhythm.

It shakes. It breathes out. It drops what it’s been carrying.
