After a weekend of celebrating my birthday, I sit here feeling so loved. Thank you to each and every one of you who reached out with phone calls, texts, cards, time spent and shenanigans had.

After a year that had its ups and downs, I am so grateful for this messy, beautiful life that I have built, and the people who keep showing up for me as I keep growing and changing. I really am surrounded by the best people. So excited about what the next 364 days hold for me! ❤️ by @sue.lyon71

A long overdue weekend at home with my folks - good for the soul! ❤️ by @sue.lyon71

And just like that, Jilli… your four years at X are a wrap. Four years of rugby, studying, laughter, tears, hard work, struggles, new best friends and amazing memories made. Love you mostest forever and ever and more proud of you than you can imagine! 💙😘 by @sue.lyon71

Congratulations Jilli on getting your X Ring on Wednesday! 💙🎉💙

Happy 21st Birthday, Jilli! 💕🎉 I am so proud of the amazing woman you are becoming. You light up every room you walk in, you push me to be a better version of myself every time we talk, you show more empathy and kindness than most people I know, and you sure can bring the party when needed. 😉 My wish for you this birthday is for you to realize the positive impact you have on the world. Keep on working hard…keep on caring…and keep on laughing and dancing, my brave, smart, beautiful girl. I love you xoxo by @sue.lyon71

Oh my sweet boy, Sawyer… how do we say goodbye. You gave us 13 wonderful years of being the most unordinary dog… all the unconditional love we could ever want… lots of stories - both funny and not so funny. You were the best boy no matter how many steaks, cookies or pieces of bread you stole over the years. We were so lucky to have you in our family… rest easy Soy and run free. Love you forever 💔 by @sue.lyon71

4 years… gone in the blink of an eye! It was a great day celebrating Rachel’s graduation from Mount A yesterday. So very proud of you, Rach! 💕 Can’t wait to see your next adventures! xo by @sue.lyon71

Happy 22nd Birthday Rachel! 🎉 🎂 🎈

You continue to amaze me with your down to earth approach to everything life throws at you. You have shown maturity way beyond your years for as long as I can remember. I love your sense of humour, your sarcasm (most of the time 😆), your deep love for the outdoors, and your desire to keep improving yourself every day. You have deep love and loyalty for those closest to you and more common sense than people twice your age. Throw in a little competitive spirit (no idea where you got that from 🤔) and that smile that lights up the room and you are like no one else. I am so grateful you came into our world on Feb 6, 2003 and I will love you to the moon and back forever! ❤️ by @sue.lyon71

Before it was time to head home, I decided to pop over to Ireland for a few days. Best decision ever! Dublin was so much fun and it is a beautiful country! The weather even cooperated after the first day. So many amazing memories! #livingmybestlife #ireland #idontwanttogohome by @sue.lyon71

Went to one of the coolest places yesterday… Camden Town! It was wicked! From giant croissants to the most amazing shops, all I can say is WOW! And the food stalls!! I absolutely loved it! #camdentown #ilovelondon #livingmybestlife #divorce #lyonesscoaching by @sue.lyon71
