Meet Junior 💛🐾

Junior joined our family through Golden Rescue Canada and has been with us since the beginning of the summer. He’s brought so much energy, personality, laughter and love into our home, and we’re so grateful he found his way to us.

He’s definitely kept us on our toes, but we wouldn’t have it any other way. Welcome to the family, Junior. 💛🐕

One of the reasons I wrote Finding Your Light was to help others feel less alone in experiences that can be incredibly difficult to explain to those who haven’t lived them.

More than anything, I hope this book brings understanding, validation, and hope to those who see themselves within its pages.

🇫🇷 France through the lens of movement, connection, laughter, and adventure. ✨

🧘‍♀️ Feeling deeply grateful for the opportunity to experience the Provence Go Yoga Happiness Retreat with Shelley Wishart @shelley_wishart . Her warmth, wisdom, and expertise in yoga, meditation, and local markets made for a truly special week.

🙏 A special thank you to Kari Skaflen @kari.pilates whose passion for pilates, enthusiasm, and sense of adventure brought an extra layer of fun to the retreat.

🌿 We stayed at the beautiful Mas de Belle Combe, explored the charming villages of Provence, including Gordes, often considered one of France’s most beautiful towns, enjoyed incredible meals prepared by talented chefs ☕️🍽️, and even stormed a castle or two along the way. 🏰

💜 Wonderful people (tout le monde!) breathtaking surroundings, and memories that will stay with me long after returning home.

Andrew and I went to see A Beautiful Noise, The Neil Diamond musical this week at Mirvish. The cast surprised Nick Fradiani on his 1000th performance in A Beautiful Noise. What a milestone and an unforgettable performance. 🎶👏 taken in Princess of Wales Theatre by @suezme

After the fabulous “When We Forgive” book event on Tuesday, Andrew and I had the opportunity to catch a fantastic band thanks to @stevesnell60 Steve Snell for introducing me to them. @brigittecallsmebaby Brigitte Calls Me Baby put on an incredibly well-attended and successful show at Longboat Hall.
