HYROX MEL 2025✨

What an incredible experience! All the love and appreciation to the best hyrox partner ever @fitnesswith.han who got me through. We had way too much fun training for this (finally figured out our transitions) and so much fun on the day 🔥

As someone who is not a runner at all this is definitely not something I ever thought I could do. Just a few months ago I thought I’d never voluntarily go for a run in my life so it feels a bit crazy to say I’ve just done my first hyrox! This has been such a great reminder to be a beginner and give everything a go! (can confirm I still don’t like running though)

To the best Hyrox crew @f45trainingdrysdale @f45torquay I could not be more proud of this incredible group for putting in so much hard work, you are all absolute machines! Thanks for being the best hype crew out there and the most beautiful and supportive community!

This is just the beginning, so much more to come! 🚀 taken in Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre (MCEC) by @sugar__mac

🌸 BLOOM DEPT — THANK YOU

An unexpected bloom appeared in the city… and the Bloom Dept arrived to investigate! 🌼 We set up our temporary field office in the heart of Geelong as part of @roamgeelong.

Created by Blink Dance Theatre, Bloom Dept explored curiosity and the quiet magic that happens when spaces and people bloom.

Huge thanks to Lou, absolute superstar - for her brilliant programming, the ROAM team for their organisation and support, and to the wonderful @passionfolk crew for their fab work throughout.

Special thanks to @patrickcallow.photo who reached out afterwards and gifted us these stunning images from the event — what a legend. 📸

Closer to home, endless gratitude to our brilliant team 💫
Concept & Direction: @lyndel_quick
Choreography: @lyndel_quick in collaboration with the performers
Performers: @slsheridanl, @bridgetssweeneyy , @sugar__mac, @agosxandri, @lozzieashleigh
Technical Director: @john.quick.music
Art Installation: @jeana_blackert
Production Manager: @natalie.m.p.19
Production Assistant: @tayganluree

To everyone who stopped by — old friends and new faces, curious passers-by who joined in and danced with us — thank you. 🌷

And extra love to @djgrooverussia for letting us use his brilliant track. 🙏🏼

This project has been an absolute joy to make and share — a reminder that small acts of wonder still bloom in the everyday.
Until next time, the Bloom Dept remains… on the case! 💮
