Term starts in one week! ✨

If you’ve been thinking about adult dance classes, this is your nudge. A few reasons to come along:

• To move your body in a way that feels good.
• To learn something new, or return to something you once loved.
• To have an hour in the week that’s entirely yours.
• To meet lovely humans and have a laugh.
• To remember that dancing is for adults too. At every age, and at every level.

There are lots of movement classes at The Loft for Beginners, as well as those with experience. You don’t need to arrive knowing the steps, or other people! Just choose a class that sparks something and come as you are.

Term 4 begins Monday 5 October. We’d love to see you there. 💛

Bookings essential, please see link in bio or jump on the website.

And that’s a wrap on our F45 journey. ❤️

We want to thank every single person who walked through our doors over the past five years. Whether you trained with us for one session or hundreds, you’ve all played a part in shaping the incredible community we’ve built together.

Thank you for your support, your commitment, your laughs and for trusting us to be part of your fitness journey. We truly wish each and every one of you all the very best for the future.

Finally, we’d like to give a huge shoutout to our amazing coaches. None of this would have been possible without your passion, dedication and endless support.

Aaron, Katie, Hannah, Sugar, Mia and all of our incredible past trainers—thank you for everything you’ve done. You’ve changed lives, inspired so many people and helped make F45 Drysdale the special place it has been.

From the bottom of our hearts… thank you. ❤️

F45 Drysdale…Where do I begin? 🥹

As I look through some of these memories, this is just a snapshot of what the past 5 years look like for me and my journey with F45. 📸

Looking back 5 years ago I was a 20 year old who just dropped out of Uni, was in a shit mental state and very much an introvert. Then F45 came up and I didn’t know it at the time but would change my life forever. 🙌

I took a chance on something completely new which I knew was going to be a challenge but one I was willing to have a go at and step out of my comfort zone. I was raw and it was going to take time but each month went by I was starting to get the hang of it and could see a future in the fitness industry. 💡

The moment I knew I could do this was when I was allocated the ‘Head Trainer’ role which I still say is my greatest achievement in a job in my life. It proved to me if I put in the extra work and bust my ass everyday that the reward would pay off and it still gets me emotional to this day. 🥺

As time went on my confidence only grew and for those who know me now I would say I’m definitely an extrovert. 😂 I have met some amazing people along the way and made some of my closest friends through F45. This goes without saying thank you for believing in me, you took a chance on me to coach and guide you through your sessions and your support has meant everything to me. 🫶

Another thank you goes out to all the coaches I have crossed paths with over the journey. 🙌 I have gained so much knowledge from so many people which has shaped me to the Coach I am today. I appreciate the guidance, advice and friendship. 💚

All in all it’s been a hell of a ride with F45 Drysdale. This chapter of my life has been the most impactful shaping me into the man I am today and I wouldn’t want it any other way! For those who know I can’t wait for what the next chapter holds but I’m fired up and ready to go! 🔥

Thank You F45 Drysdale ❤️💙🤍

A little snippet from our Beginner Lyrical class. 🤍

I love watching this group progress each week. Some have only started dancing recently, but they’re already finding such lovely timing, softness and ease in their movement. It’s a reminder that you don’t need years of training to dance beautifully.

Huge credit to Sugar, who creates such a welcoming class while gently challenging everyone to keep growing. @sugar__mac

If you’ve been thinking about trying lyrical, we’d love to have you join us.
