I dropped out of university to continue to sugar and do brows in my parent’s basement while working 1-2 jobs on the side while I built my clientele. This was in 2022. I was 22.

I wanted a “job” that connected me directly to the women around me. Something magical happens when women get to truly connect with each other.. you share experiences and knowledge to help each other in your own personal journeys.

My form of connection to the women around me was exchanging knowledge and an insight to each others world’s through the beauty service of sugaring.

The secret of the beauty industry is that once you find your soul tribe = your soul clientele, they circulate your bookings and you CAN relax and let the magic of your artistry be the energetic force that attracts your clients back to you (and new ones)🦋

How to stand out in your sugaring services⬇️:

Make your sugaring experience a safe space for your clients that prioritizes good technique and their comfort.

1. COMMUNICATE: When clients come in for a Brazilian, I always start with some reassurance. “As you first time sugaring with me, I just want to say this is a safe space. I’ve sugared woman ages 15-65 years old at many stages of their lives, of all demographics, and with various different health conditions; I’ve seen it all and done it all. You don’t have to worry.

2. COMFORT: Yes we can complete a Brazilian in 7-10 mins. This doesn’t mean every client can handle that experience. For new clients and clients who have more growth and thicker hair bulbs, sometimes doing smaller sections is the most a client can take. I still take 30 mins+ to sugar new clients and that’s okay. It’s all about client comfort!

3. SKIN HEALTH: You need to inform clients about the “trinity” of Brazilian aftercare to prevent ingrowns (chemical exfoliant, physical exfoliant, and an ingrown hair oil/moisturizer for your skin barrier. Good technique is not enough to prevent ingrown hairs. Always offer these products in studio.

My dream career started with the decision to start as a beginner in a very “unconventional” field.

Sugaring started as a “part time” gig alongside university and a part time job.

This “part time gig” turned into my full time gig.

Mastering ONE beauty service is the way to go in 2026.

All artists come to know this, but not everyone understands this early on in their career.

CLOCKED OUT (Thailand Edition)

1. I spent a few weeks back home and got a chance to ground myself back into the sea and land, which is so needed being a service provider. The people back home where I am from don’t have a lot of possessions, but they are so blessed and abundant

2. I spent so much time with my family and the loml. This was me and my boyfriend’s first big international trip together and oh.. I love him in all parts of the world. Being able to step away from my business makes me realize that as much as I want to pursue the highest level of my career.. I also can’t wait to be a future life partner, a home owner, a wife, a mother. That chapter of my life comes with different challenges but I can’t wait to see how I navigate this industry and motherhood together (I’m not engaged or expecting— just dreaming)❤️

3. I’m so grateful I chose to step out of university to pursue my passion (beauty). I was so scared it wouldn’t be “enough,” but it’s more than I could have ever asked for. I have control of my time and I get to define my own idea of “success.” No regrets, but I wish I started at 18 like my little sister.

I’m officially back and starting off my new year (April is my new year) well rested and reset! So excited to meet all my new clients this year, reconnect with all my regular clients and OG’s, and have some new students under my wing✨
