THAD BETZ FOR JUDGE!!

Deschutes County has several candidates for judge, and I respect that everyone will weigh their decision differently. Having spent 20 years working in family law here in Central Oregon, I’ve seen firsthand how important experience, temperament, and trust within the legal community are when it comes to the bench. For me, after looking closely at the candidates, my vote is wholeheartedly for Thaddeus Betz.

As a woman, I deeply value supporting and uplifting other women, but when choosing a judge, I believe qualifications, courtroom experience, temperament, and demonstrated trust within the legal community have to come first. Thaddeus has earned an extraordinary breadth of endorsements from people who know our court system firsthand, including current and retired judges and justices, attorneys, former prosecutors, elected officials, and community leaders and that level of support speaks volumes to me. Congrats @skhlaw on your new Medford location!

After spending 20 years with the firm and now being three years into my real estate career, it feels pretty special to know that the relationships built over all those years truly last a lifetime. So excited to see SKH continuing to grow and expand across Oregon. Congratulations to the entire team! ❤️ by @sugarshana

April 19, 2003. I moved in with two strange women and a strange man (Vals now husband) from a classified ad in the bulletin for a roommate wanted. Here we are over 23 years later stronger than ever. Grateful for us is an understatement. Exited to become hilarious old ladies with you. 😘 by @sugarshana

Week 1 ✔️ Season 3 🏈🧘‍♂️

45 young men + head Coach Crum showed up for the first class of Season 3 of Mt. View Football Yoga.

Every year, I’m reminded what an honor it is to share this space with these athletes. Yes, we practice yoga but we’re also learning how to regulate the nervous system, quiet the mind, build resilience, and strengthen the connection to ourselves and each other.

Championship teams aren’t built on physical strength alone. They’re built on trust, focus, emotional regulation, and the ability to stay present when the pressure is on.

I’m incredibly grateful to be a small part of these young men’s journey this summer. Here’s to another season of growth, laughter, teamwork, and showing up for ourselves and each other.

Thank you @grooveyogabend for donating the space so these boys have such a special place to practice and make memories. 🫶

Let’s go, Cougs. 💙💛🏈

I had someone today ask if I rock climb like my family does. Hard answer is nope!!! Not even close! They always set a high bar. Although I have done a few fun and unique climbs over the years … these are just a few highlights… taken in Bend, Oregon by @sugarshana
