Why does Big Pharma want peptides kept off the market?
👇
On October 7th, the Washington Post reported that Washington is working on a plan to let pharmacies sell some peptides that have been off limits.

It’s not final yet, and some people want to make sure it never is.

Their argument: too risky, not enough data.

Peptides were first made in a lab in 1901. Insulin is a peptide, and doctors have prescribed it since 1922.

So ask yourself one question: who loses money when patients get another option?

I’m not saying anyone’s been bought. I’m saying follow the money.

Here’s what I do know. When this door opens, the clinics and pharmacies doing it the right way are about to win big.

That’s what I do for my clients. I architect business models to win big, and exit bigger.

📩 DM me “WIN BIG” if you’re in the space and ready to level up.

“Research use only” on the vial is not a legal strategy.
The FDA looks at what you actually do: your claims, your customers, your payment processing. That’s where RUO companies get shut down, and it’s where the ones that last get built right.
I’ve spent 18 years practicing law and building my own startups in gray and emerging markets. I’ve architected, scaled, and exited cannabis companies. Now I build peptide companies that can raise capital, scale, and sell.

Serious about launching? DM me “RUO” and let’s talk.

Telehealth, peptide, and longevity founders: Utah just let an AI renew prescriptions. Don’t build your model on it yet.
Here’s what actually happened. Utah has a regulatory sandbox that lets the state waive its own licensing laws for a pilot. A company called Doctronic got in.
What it covers:

→ Renewals only
→ Chronic meds only
→ No new prescriptions
→ Physicians review the early renewals before the AI runs on its own

Utah’s own Medical Licensing Board asked the state to shut it down. The state said no.
What that means for you: this is one state, one waiver, one company. It is not the law in your state, and the FDA question is still open.

Build on what’s legal today. Structure it so you can move when the rules change.

Would you let an AI renew your patients’ prescriptions? Tell me in the comments.

A blast from the Past. Zabala Farms. We performed an Acquisition of a 50 yr old cut flower greenhouse and converted it to a Cannabis Money Pumping Machine, Selling in 28 Months. It was difficult, we had soo many close calls but I had amazing managers @skyys_the_limit, an amazing partner @br_ownsugar, and amazing partners and operators from @1212cultivation and @cannabiskungfu. And of course I have to thank our Distro’s and consultants: @ryancultivation @go_headwaters @viridi_farms, @thisissamson @avaaa8036 @deniselandon 1503pj. I am also thankful that we offered our facility to operate as an open campus, everyone was invited and always welcome to tour the entire facility as it served as a place where info could be freely exchanged and everyone collaboratively learned from each other’s grows, distros, etc. Acquisition to Exit Occurred in 28 Months. There is nothing more rewarding and “full of stress” than building a business plan, shopping the deal for financing, construction management, working with state and local admin offices, working with vendors, breaking ground, bringing in your OG workforce, writing SOPs, hiring and training new employees, scaling the business, building profitability, auditing operators, forensic Accounting, and shopping a buyer for an exit. I am excited to start the next one in AZ. 8 times bigger, better funded, and cookie cutter. “Bubble” coming to a shelf near you shortly. by @sugarsheehan

Back at it in the Queen City. Feels good to be back and so proud of everyone’s successes in life. When you go all in and there is no other option than to succeed, you manifest your destiny. Hard work, grinding, going all in, and never giving up has given my brother and myself the success that we have earned. It’s been a long journey, all the way from Cracker Jack sticks of Florida. I’m looking forward to this chapter of life: older, wiser, stronger, and dialed. #livingthedream #goodlife #dpslaw #churchillcontracting #freshpresssedlikeamillionbukcs by @sugarsheehan
