Happy New Year!! 🥳🎉
2026 is the Year of the Horse 🐎

I'm a 年女 "toshi onna" this year since I am born in the year of the horse (1990 🐴). My sister-in-law is also my age and she is having a baby boy in March so we will have another horse in the family 😆

It took me a while to figure out what kind of horse design I wanted to do for this year's sticker. And I struggled with the color palette too. I'm happy with how it turned 🤠✨

One of my goals last year was to complete a drawing every month. Even though I didn't fulfill that goal, I'm content with how much I did 🙃 Inktober is always the highlight but it did get stressful and my phone reached its storage capacity because of all the videos 😅Looking forward to another year of drawings, paintings, and crafting!

✨Happy Creating!✨

Oops I was supposed to post this Nov 2nd after #peachtober 🤓 I am just behind on everything these days.

If you're new here, aloha! I'm Phoebe and I am an aspiring children's book illustrator. Drawing has always been my favorite hobby since I was a child, and my childhood memories are the main inspirations for my illustrations 🥰 Thanks for following me on my drawing journey 🫶🏽 I haven't been posting consistently on here but I will try harder to post more! I miss the early days of IG where it was easy to find and connect with fellow artists without worrying about the algorithm 🥲

Keep creating✨

Day 4: Spell & Cactus

I like the spooky colors for this one. My boyfriend helped me pick the colors 🧡💚💜

Day 3: Moose & Miniature

This was inspired by Canada even though I've never been but I really want to visit someday!

Day 1: Oak & Apple

This was my third attempt at drawing and painting this because I wasn't happy with the first two 😂😅

🎥 Process of Four Ghosties 👻

From sketching & lining on my iPad to tracing on Bristol paper to penciling, inking, and coloring✨

The white stars were pretty dull so I redrew those on Procreate💫

Which part was your favorite to watch?

👻👻 Four Ghosties 👻👻

Made this for the @stickerapp_official Halloween sticker contest! I love Halloween and October is just two days away so I'm very excited 😍🎃

I have a very busy month coming up with a 50k trail race, weddings almost every weekend, a concert, and of course Halloween 👻 I still plan to do Inktober / Peachtober so we'll see how that goes 🤪

Materials: Sakura Micron 05 ink, Derwent watercolor pencils, and Sakura Jellyroll on Strathmore Bristol paper

Waffle Visits Ponyo's Home 🪼

This was my submission for a Ghibli-inspired art show at my local art store but mine didn't get picked to be in the show. I'm a little bummed but this was fun to work on and I have something to add to my portfolio 🙃 I can't wait to see the amazing work that will be displayed at the art show 😍
