Earlier this month I had the honor of receiving the Young Artsupport Amsterdam Award. I was very, very proud to share this alongside an amazing group of emerging artists. The YAA community is both vast and dedicated to supporting emerging artists, filmmakers, musicians, performers and the like. Recent interviews of both myself and the six other awardees are available on the Young Artsupport Amsterdam website 🌟

Special thanks to Hermien Buyse for capturing my deep, piercing gaze 📸 taken in Framer Framed by @summer_cauldron

”We Always Aim Higher”

In a flow of digital feeds, a dedicated manager enforces the company credo: Wherever we are, whatever
we’re doing, we’ll exceed expectations and go farther – together. We’re more than a team. We’re greater
than a family. Every day, we improve, correct and optimize. We Always Aim Higher. by @summer_cauldron

Returned recently from Bucharest where I exhibited my new film We Always Aim Higher for On Labor & Affect, an amazing series curated by Quote Unquote

Want to give a shout out to the wonderful pieces, workshops and discussions from Alle Dicu, Mel Ghidini, Bob Bicknell-Knight, Ioana Gheorghiu, Brandon Labelle, as well as special guests Andrei Anastasescu, Diana Meseșan, and Mara Mărăcinescu

Very grateful to Dan Angelescu, Cristina Vasilescu, and Irina Radu for commissioning this work, giving me the platform to take part in a panel discussion with Bob Bicknell-Knight and Anda Zahiu, and of course A+ hosting :)
