I LOVEEEEEE making baby brother plants! 🌱😍🪴 In May, I potted and placed this large planter in my driveway so pretty flowers would greet me when I get home.

This year, I’ve started at least a dozen new Coleus by propagating from these, not to mention a few dozen other plants from cuttings around my yard. It’s so much FUN getting new FREE plants! I literally walk around my yard daily looking for new cuttings to take. 🌿😄

God can use anybody to deliver an encouraging word! 🙌🏽😄 Exactly the kind of #mondaymotivation I needed to manage the load of today’s #legday with @1bugatti_. “We work for it!”

My glutes and hamstrings were on🔥 with this superset of Pulsed Leg Presses and Sumo Squats. Mind you, this is AFTER three leg curl supersets. Did it hurt? Yes. Did I hate it? No. 🙃

❓Do I hear a challenge on the horizon?? Let me know if you’re gangsta enough to put your legs through this one and report back.

If you’re trying to build your legs, I’d love to hear how you feel after trying this one!!!

⛳️⛳️ For the SECOND year in a row, Team @concorddallas placed in @fostercollegedallas’s Fairways to Foster Jubilee Invitational at the Golf Club of Dallas! This year, we leveled up to 🥈place! 🙌🏽

Huge thanks to my returning teammates, @cgibson18 and Deacon @genecambridge, and our newest addition to the squad, Elder @joel_lavender!

We shot a hard fought LEGIT 63 in less than favorable conditions. Between the cold temps, crazy wind, and allergies acting up (not to mention my back and knee 😩), the course definitely made us earn every stroke. But we pushed through, played some GREAT golf, and repped for The ‘Cord.

Back to back winning years. Next year, we’re coming for 🥇!

Happy Humpday, yall! 👋😊 Today’s full body workout was a makeup for not making it into the gym yesterday (luncheon).

Not too heavy, just enough to warm up because I’m playing 18-holes later. LOTS of stretching in the sauna to loosen up these hips, shoulders and back. 🏌🏻‍♀️

❓What fitness objective are you working toward today???

🗣️🗣️THEY ASK ME WHAT I DO AND WHO I DO IT FOR!!! The ladies that want to look good and feel better on the other side of 40, and the young sales reps that need to know it ain’t just “athletes” staying fit…. 🗣️IT’S AUNTIES, TOO!

Recovery is just as important as strength training, though not always as fun. Foam rolling is my least favorite modality, so bear with me. 😩

It’s not that I’m resilient or tough… I’ve just been graced with God’s favor so much that I’m conditioned to continue standing on His promises and keep stewarding well what’s He’s blessed me with… a healthy body, a creative mind and a generous heart. 🙏🏽

Accidentally grabbed my driver and didn’t feel like going back to the cart, sooooo… I dialed it back to 70% from the blues and wouldn’t you know, SUCCESS! This hole definitely could’ve been a birdie. Next time…

But for the record… my after work golf availability is limited to 9-holes. Govern your expectations accordingly. 😌
