Don’t let anyone burst your bubble. 🫧

Also FYI millennials, I don’t know the last time you chewed bubblegum but I highly recommend it as a jaw workout

When that bubble bursts, it’s ok. Life goes on! 💥

This shoot was so much fun. Minus the constant bubble blowing, which is humbling to say the least. Im@just grateful I didn’t spit the gum at the photography by accident

Forever trying to not take myself too seriously. 🤡

A huge shoutout to @lizlundcreative for playing around. A bubblegum portrait shoot is not for the faint of heart but it was a good reminder to stop and have a little bit of fun!

Loving dogs is such an honour. I count myself lucky every day to be a part of community that gives dogs a chance to live a life filled with nothing but love. The loss of Vinny has been indescribable. And I believe Vinny can see and feel how much my heart is hurting.

When Dougie came into care, I felt this strong pull. An invisible string. It took me only moments to notice. I think Vinny sent him to us because he knew Dougie needed our level of love and he also knew that I needed a bit of healing.

Welcome home Dougie.

Dougie Stumps, officially ADOPTED 🤍

You spent your whole life loving me, and I’ll spend my whole life loving and missing you. It is such a privilege to be loved by a dog, and a privilege to love them back with your whole heart. On this Rainbow Bridge Remembrance Day, I think about my Vinny boy and how although I can’t see him, I know he is with me everywhere. The grief remains, but so does my unconditional love for him.

It was an honour being your mom, love you always 🤍🕊️ taken in Edmonton, Alberta by @summersalad

Thousands of photos and videos and I’ll always keep room for every single one of them 🤍
I look at Vinny’s photos every. single. day. They are around my house, in a rotating album on my phone. He is my screen saver. It gives me the ability to keep him front and center in my life. I know loss is painful but I think it’s nice constantly getting to see my little man all around me.

Kinda chic to be the dog girl. 🐾
Is it my whole personality? Almost. Would I change that? Never. Life doesn’t need to be glamorous, it needs to make you feel joy. Dogs remind me of that daily in the little things.

July dump. It was a weird month with dumb weather and many curve balls. But got through it with good people and a lot of adventures. ☀️⚡️
