Team Sunn recently visited with Japanese Heavy Metal legends @borisdronevil when their tour came through Los Angeles.

Takeshi demoed both our Sunn Beta Lead Combo amp and Beta Bass Amp.

Mind blowing 🤯 🤘💥
Videos coming soon.

So awesome to hear him playing through Sunn Betas and comparing them to his Model-T tone.

Big @sunn_amps thanks to the entire band and crew for their generous time.

Be sure to check out @borisdronevil on Instagram and give them a follow.

Happy Friday y'all! Today's riffage features the incredible Sunn Beta Bass Head @sunn_amps sent out to me. I'll be doing some more in depth videos in the future regarding its features, but for now I figured I'd just show off how sleek it is and how it pairs with my board! If there's any specific breakdowns you'd like me to do in the future regarding my rig, pedals, versatility of the amp or anything else let me know below ! Thank you so much Sunn for sending me this beast ⚡️⚡️⚡️

Wes Borland of Limp Bitzkit asked if we could bring the new Beta Lead to sound check on their Loserville Tour. We grabbed a couple 3X12 cabinets and A/B'd it through his rig to make some thunderous grindage!!! #sunnamps #betalead #limpbitzkit #wesborland #loserville @thewesborland @limpbizkit by @sunn_amps

We thought this Sunn Beta Bass amp and @hagstromamerica Nekromant bass guitar pic had a nice “DOOM-TOBER” vibe to it 🎃☠️

I want your opinion on this!

I asked you in my stores which pedal you’d like to hear first through the @sunn_amps Beta Mini - the @bossinfoglobal HM-2 or the FZ-2. After sitting in my studio for a while I decided you’ll get both at once, isn’t that badass?!

In my previous post I said I’m not very pleased by the bass sounds through the beta mini but my MIJ HM-2 just changed my mind. I really dig the sounds in this demo, what about you?
Also: which pedal would you like to hear next? Drop me your wish in the comments, I’ll see what I can do 🫡

Gear used in this demo:
@epiphone inspired by Gibson Les Paul
@woodriteguitars @doesitdoom Warlord Bass
@bossinfoglobal HM2 MIJ
@bossinfoglobal FZ-2
@sunn_amps Beta Mini
@twonotesaudio Torpedo Captor 16
V30/sunn IRs
