Was really anxious yesterday and fell while trying to drop in, I get this way sometimes and need to just take it easy those days. I have not fallen that hard in over a year. I look forward to getting back out to skating. 💗🛼

So hard to watch your pup get older. I love our morning walks. He does not walk far or fast anymore but he still enjoys smelling the smells and doing a little exploring.

I miss when he used to make me crazy having so much energy I could not keep up with him.

My little 16 year old buddy. Love him so much. 💗 by @sunshineskatesva

How about them roll outs… 😃🤘

A little of this and a little of that. I needed to work on a few things to help other things improve and I think it’s working. Always love a skate day with friends, good for the soul. 💗🛼🤘

Finally made it out to the park today. Still working on all the same things and especially carving in the opposite direction. 💗🛼
