hi, it’s a new portrait of me 👋🏼 so i thought i’d also share a few thoughts about the work i do with you all.
when i tell people i am a therapist they often immediately say some version of ‘how can you do that all day/i could never listen to everyone’s trauma’s like that’. and i get it, i sit across from people who share things i think no human should never have to go through. i don’t take the privilege of that trust and vulnerability lightly. 🧡
but by the end of a session, or even the end of the day, i often feel like the goof in the second photo. because yes, i regularly descend into the darkness, but what i love is that it’s my job to show you the cracks, to figure out how to get someone back up to the light. this work is an absolute honor and so deeply rewarding, to see people bravely and slowly transform before you. 🕯️
it’s a place where i feel all parts of me get to work together and i get to experience a feeling of purpose in the world! and i don’t see how i will ever grow tired of this experience, or that feeling.
and for that i am grateful 🙏🏻 by @sunwellhealing

I’m so honored to be a part of the deep collective shifts that happen through the course of sitting with this book, it’s truly magic. There are just four spots left in the east coast group, and five in the west - with a few scheduled consultations calls this week that will likely make those numbers shrink! If any part of you feels a longing when reading these quotes, I encourage you to reach out. 🧡✨ by @sunwellhealing

🌀 i’m delighted to announce the second iteration of this healing group - Women Who Run With the Wolves. i quietly offered the first round this past fall and it has been transformational for all who joined, to put it lightly.

❄️ this january 2026* i’m expanding the offering to stretch from coast to coast, holding an east & west group. as well as adding 4 more weeks and optional monthly discussion circles to dive even deeper into the luminous world of Dr. Estés.

✨ this will no longer be held as a clinical therapy group, and instead as a healing group that allows me more creativity, freedom, and possibilities on how these groups can grow. no longer restricted to just california, this means any and all are welcome!

🧡 if you are interested, head to the link in my bio and follow the WWRWW in the navigation bar. & please share with anyone who would benefit. groups are intimate and spots are limited! taken in Earth by @sunwellhealing
