A taste of Kyushu’s history, shaped by an unexpected influence.

Introduced by Chinese traders during the Meiji era, 𝗡𝗮𝗴𝗮𝘀𝗮𝗸𝗶 𝗛𝗮𝘁𝗼𝘀𝗵𝗶 begins with mincing shrimp into a springy paste, sandwiched between bread slices and deep fried until crispy.
