If you’re over 40 and trying to get more protein in, I’m officially recruiting your morning iced coffee to help. 😂☕️

Because I was already going to drink the coffee.

And I would MUCH rather make it at home than spend $5–$7 on an iced coffee that tastes like dessert and comes with a bunch of sugar.
