If you’re over 40 and trying to get more protein in, I’m officially recruiting your morning iced coffee to help. 😂☕️

Because I was already going to drink the coffee.

And I would MUCH rather make it at home than spend $5–$7 on an iced coffee that tastes like dessert and comes with a bunch of sugar.

This Javy Protein Coffee gives me 10g of protein per scoop, with zero sugar and zero artificial sweeteners, plus MCTs, prebiotics and fiber.

And yes, it’s actually coffee. 🙌

So now one thing I already do every morning helps me get another 10g of protein in without adding another protein shake, snack, or meal to my day.

For my iced-coffee-loving women over 40 who are trying to get their protein up without giving up the coffee ritual… THIS makes sense. ☕️

I linked the Javy Protein Coffee so you can check it out and see the flavors/details for yourself.
