It’s simple. You share your favourite pasta recipe. Every month, one recipe becomes a special at Super Norma. The winner receives a curated gift box from the partners who support the Club.

The Ciao Pasta Club monthly appointment is called La Tavolata: pasta, tombola and a room full of people who love pasta and having a good time.

At the end of November 2026, the recipe you’ve shared becomes part of our community cookbook.

Oh wow — we didn’t expect to still be here, let alone be named one of Australia’s critic’s picks in the Good Food Guide. 🥹
We’re beyond grateful to everyone who has supported us and continues to love what we do at Super Norma. We truly couldn’t be here without the amazing work of our team, our extended family, and our beautiful community.

It means the world to have our hard work recognised — it’s been a privilege to keep doing what we love most: sharing good food, good vibes, and good company.

And of course, a special grazie to our families and our nonnas, who taught us what true hospitality means — the joy of gathering, the beauty of simplicity, and the power of doing everything with love (and a pinch of humility). ❤️

A whole lot of sausage ragù bubbling away! 🍅🍝

Getting ready for a big weekend at the @melbourneitalianfesta !

This will be our fourth edition at the Festa, and it’s always such a pleasure to be part of an event that celebrates Melbourne’s Italian community, its food traditions and the incredible food culture that makes this city so special.

We’ll be there Saturday and Sunday, serving our little boxes of saucy pasta, just the way we like it!

Come hungry, come say ciao!

And because we only have two hands each 👐🏻(unfortunately), our little shop on Rathdowne Street, just 500 metres away, will be CLOSED SATURDAY AND MONDAY while we get through the madness!

So tomorrow (Friday) is your last chance for pasta at the shop before the Festa takes over. Book your table if you want or don’t book it and come, there is always space for everyone.

Things come in threes, so last Sunday we hosted the third edition of La Tavolata by Ciao Pasta Club 🍝 💘

It was so much fun and we loved meeting and welcoming new friends to the Pasta Club. Thanks to all the beautiful people who came, enjoyed pasta, played tombola and made this Tavolata so special once again!

As always, a big thank you to our partners @mountzeroolives and @thatsamorecheese, to @gulli_foods for supplying products from @dececco_pasta, @mutti and @barbarosmallgoods, and to @northcarltonqmeats.

We’ve teamed up with @supernorma for Ciao Pasta Club, bringing one of our Burrata book recipes off the page and onto the plate. Spaghetti all’Amatriciana with Caciotta, topped with creamy That’s Amore Burrata. Because why stop at one cheese when you can have both! 🧀

If you love cheese, this is for you! 🧀 To finish our visit to their cheesery @mr_giorgio_linguanti founder of @thatsamorecheese wanted to cook and share his favourite pasta with us, spaghetti all’amatriciana with caciotta, a spectacular, tasty and very cheesy pasta.
