Being a traveling yoga teacher isn’t for the faint of heart.⁣ ⁣ You walk into a studio where no one knows you. You’re trusting that the owner is solid, the other teachers are welcoming, and that the students like your class. ⁣ ⁣ Then there’s the logistics no one glamorizes.⁣ Where are you sleeping?⁣ A spare room? A nearby apartment ? The floor of the studio? (I’ve done all three.)⁣ ⁣ Will you have transportation to explore?⁣ A kitchen to nourish yourself?⁣ If not, can you afford to eat out while still making it work?⁣ ⁣ And the real question most teachers don’t say out loud:⁣ Can you actually afford this teaching journey long-term?⁣ ⁣ I loved traveling and teaching before… but I really love it now.⁣ I built a side income that quickly replaced my teaching pay, and everything changed. No stress. No scrambling. No teaching from a place of survival.⁣ ⁣ Now I teach purely for the joy of it.⁣ I can afford comfort. I can choose alignment- financially and energetically.⁣ ⁣ And it still fits seamlessly with health!⁣ Because as yoga teachers, we care deeply about helping people thrive- not just on the mat, but in real life. We want our students to feel grounded, clear, and supported everywhere they go.⁣ ⁣ If you’re a yoga teacher who’s been looking for something to support your travels, I have something worth sharing. by @superdes5000

I’m Des ⁣ ⁣ • Bikram yoga teacher ⁣ • Massage therapist ⁣ • Dental assistant ⁣ • Water dealer⁣ ⁣ My passion is helping people feel good in their bodies. My skills are helping people sit with being uncomfortable. As a dental assistant I had the heavy job of making my patients feel comfortable, in a place no one wanted to be, talking them through everything we were doing in their mouths, and answering questions about why they needed work on something they can’t see.. ⁣ ⁣ As a massage therapist, I’ve had people breathe through intense muscle release and helped them find some peace and expansiveness in their bodies. I love giving them space in muscles that felt tight and constricted. I love it when they notice more movement, more self love. ⁣ ⁣ As a bikram teacher, I’ve talked my students into standing still through the fidgeting of being uncomfortable and when they feel like they can’t go further, I encourage them to just breathe into it. I love focusing on the feeling of alignment, how things pull on other things. How opening up one thing can shift everything. ⁣ ⁣ As a hydration specialist, I’ve done the research for you and found the best water on the planet from a 51 year old Japanese company that cares so much about their clients that they pay me to help others get hydrated. The magical effects I noticed when I first started drinking this water were so profound that I will never shut up about it. I want everyone to feel as good as I do! ⁣ ⁣ Bodies are my life. Before the fire burned down my home I had over 600 books on anatomy, health, fitness, yoga, massage, wellbeing, hydration, natural remedies, cures, and other magical things about this beautiful temple we all own. I adore learning new ways to care for mine. There is always more to learn isn’t there? ⁣ ⁣ If you’re new here, welcome. ⁣ ⁣ I’m starting over again in my late 40’s after a fire devastated my town, consuming my home, my massage business and everything I loved. I am traveling the world teaching bikram yoga, sharing about water, and trying to figure out what’s next. ⁣ ⁣ Sitting in uncertainty is my journey these days. Just breathing into each moment, trusting that what is meant for me will find me. taken in The Unknown by @superdes5000

Okay gang⁣ I’m still having conversations with people who have been following me but think that this is a filter. ⁣ ⁣ ITS NOT A FILTER. ⁣ ⁣ This is a massive upgrade. ⁣ ⁣ It has a basic filter, but most places in the USA need extra filtration. ⁣ ⁣ This is what comes NEXT. ⁣ ⁣ The NEXT LEVEL. ⁣ ⁣ Filtration is imperative because the water they give us for free is nasty, full of chemicals, bacteria, pesticides, pharmaceuticals, rust, chlorine and other harmful substances. ⁣ ⁣ THEN!!! ⁣ ⁣ Then you look at IONIZATION and become superhuman. ⁣ ⁣ Ionization restructures the water. It adds hydrogen molecules. It charges it with electricity. It makes it alkaline thru electricity NOT baking soda like other alkaline water bottles have. ⁣ ⁣ Kangen water is DIFFERENT. ⁣ Kangen water is NEXT LEVEL. ⁣ Kangen water is for people who WANT MORE. ⁣ ⁣ More health⁣ More energy ⁣ More goodness⁣ More time ⁣ More money ⁣ ⁣ You want filtration? I can help you. I have a multipure filter that is NSF certified and one of the best filters on the market. It runs around $900. If you want a whole house filtration, I can help you with that too. It’s a few thousand dollars. ⁣ ⁣ ⁣ You want to uplevel your life? Unlock clear skin, more energy, less headaches, better digestion, less medication, and a referral program that puts money in your pocket? ⁣ ⁣ The IONIZER is what will get you to the next level. ⁣ ⁣ Not everyone can handle it. ⁣ ⁣ Usually when you become a water snob, your whole life changes and most people are too comfortable to change. ⁣ ⁣ So don’t reach out unless you’re curious about stepping out of the status quo and reaching nirvana. ⁣ ⁣ Xoxo, ⁣ Des ⁣ ⁣#healthhacks #healthylifestyle #upgrades #nextlevelhealth #smartliving by @superdes5000

I dare you to go to ewg.org/tapwater and put in your zip code. ⁣ ⁣ Then add in all the pharmaceuticals everyone is on because those are in tap water do even though they don’t test for them. ⁣ ⁣ -Birth control ⁣ -Sleeping aids⁣ -Allergy meds⁣ -Antidepressants ⁣ -ADHD meds⁣ -Blood pressure pills⁣ -Ibuprofen ⁣ - you name it, it’s in tap water. ⁣ ⁣ They actually have tested and found the abortion pill in tap water. And lots and lots of estrogen. ⁣ ⁣ If you have ANY health issues at all, I invite you to look at your water. ⁣ ⁣ I’ll bet a lot of those issues will disappear once you clean it. ⁣ ⁣ We aren’t meant to be slowly poisoning ourselves over the course of our lives. Save that for alcohol!! lol ⁣ ⁣ I promise you- changing your water WILL help you. #tapwaterwillkillyou #poisonous #gethealthy #healthhack #meridianidaho taken in Meridian, Idaho by @superdes5000

I used to live by three phrases:⁣ ⁣ 💸 “I don’t have any money”⁣ ⁣ 💸 “I can’t afford it”⁣ ⁣ 💸 “It’s too expensive”⁣ ⁣ They were my go-to excuses—until I got sick of them. I was done being broke, done speaking lack over my life.⁣ ⁣ One day I flipped the script. Instead of saying “I can’t afford it,” I asked, “How can I make this happen?” And sure enough, the universe opened a door.⁣ ⁣ Here’s what I’ve learned:⁣ • Whether you say you can or you can’t, you’re right.⁣ • Your words shape your reality—poverty or abundance.⁣ • Investing in yourself is never a bad move.⁣ ⁣ Wealthy people don’t avoid investments—they leverage them. The biggest difference between someone who stays stuck and someone who thrives? Mindset + language.⁣ ⁣ If you’re ready to rewire your brain around money, start here:⁣ 📚 Rich Dad Poor Dad⁣ 📚 Secrets of a Millionaire Mind⁣ 📚 You Are a Badass at Making Money⁣ 📚 Think and Grow Rich⁣ 📚 The Science of Getting Rich⁣ ⁣ And once you’ve shifted your mindset, find a business that lights you up. For me, it’s high-ticket sales with high commissions. My company’s been around for 50+ years, has 40+ offices worldwide, builds every part of its products, and even includes free medical technology + mentorship. The more I grow, the more I earn.⁣ ⁣ If that sounds like something you’d love too— send me a message and let’s chat. by @superdes5000

Let’s talk money. ⁣ ⁣ Everyone wants it.⁣ ⁣ You have to see yourself worthy of it. ⁣ ⁣ Being a business owner is the fastest way to seeing yourself differently. ⁣ ⁣ Owning a Japanese medical grade water ionizer is the easiest way to start a global business. ⁣ ⁣ You don’t carry the product, you don’t ship it to the customers, you don’t manufacture anything. ⁣ ⁣ All you do is marketing. ⁣ Marketing is sharing. ⁣ And everyone loves to share about stuff they love. ⁣ ⁣ Sending a link to help someone get what they want and getting paid $1053 is just the beginning. ⁣ ⁣ Act now to get into another level of living. ⁣ ⁣ Join me as we help ourselves and then others feel incredible and get hydrated. 💦💦⁣ ⁣#opportunity #takeachanceonyou #glow #livecreatively #marketingisfun by @superdes5000

Need a blank notebook? ⁣ ⁣ I took a self publishing course and learned how to publish on amazon! The course has you start with journals because you just design the cover and the rest is lined pages. So I gave myself a pen name and I’m just having a blast being creative!⁣ ⁣ I love blank notebooks for taking notes, writing down stuff I need to look up, quotes I like, shopping lists, etc- I use little books instead of post it notes. And they become like a record of my life, when I look back at past ones, remembering what I was interested in enough to write it down. ⁣ ⁣ I used to just buy them at Walmart or Office Max but now I get to make them!! ⁣ ⁣ We are never too old to learn something new. Learning new things builds new neural pathways in the brain. And creativity can keep us feeling so alive!⁣ ⁣ So if you need a blank notebook, or need a gift for someone that journals, may I suggest you check out Daisy Lane Daydream Journals? 🌼⁣ ⁣ by @superdes5000

I talk a lot about my ionizer because I adore how it makes me feel, but the prefilter is the one that does the job of cleaning my water BEFORE it goes into the ionizer. ⁣ ⁣ This is one of the best filters on the market and we Kangen people like it because it hooks up easily to the ionizer and we can travel with it. ⁣ ⁣ If you don’t have the ionizer, at least look at this filter. The water in this country is only getting worse and worse. Your liver and kidneys have to filter so much already from your food and the air, why not make it a bit easier on them by filtering your water? ⁣ ⁣ The cool thing about this one is that you don’t need electricity for it, so you can use it during blackouts. (Which Hawaii seems to get a lot of these days.)⁣ ⁣ I took this bad boy with me to Thailand along with my ionizer, and easily drank the tap water. No sickness, no jet lag, no bottled water waste. ⁣ ⁣ Filtration is the FIRST step. Then ionization. The ionizer is crazy expensive because of the massive medical benefits and the waters that can clean and disinfect your home. It’s way above filtration. It HAS a filter, a basic one, but its purpose is something completely different. ⁣ ⁣ This one runs about $900, it can be mounted under the sink, or sit on the counter. You can take it anywhere. ⁣ ⁣ I’m happy to share more, just reach out. ⁣ ⁣ Xoxo, Des by @superdes5000

☕️ Is this the BEST COFFEE on the planet?? ⁣ ⁣ I certainly think so. 🤩⁣ ⁣ In Feb 2024, I was traveling thru Asia and Australia and found that you can always find hot water everywhere but not a coffee pot. So instant coffee became my thing, and I’ve tried hundreds of them. ⁣ ⁣ When I found this one in a small health food store in Brisbane, I felt like my search was over. This coffee is delicious. (@beforeyouspeakcoffee) ⁣ It’s smooth, has an excellent flavor and I love the added ingredients such as turmeric and mct oil. It made me ridiculously happy every single morning. I took some back to the United States with me, but eventually I ran out. ⁣ ⁣ When I got invited back to Brisbane in Feb 2025, I said yes mostly for the coffee 🤣. First thing I did was have my friend take me to the little health food store where I stocked up! I tried a few other flavors too. ⁣ ⁣ When I came back I brought two boxes this time and then randomly looked online to see if I could buy it in the US. ⁣ ⁣ Lo and behold, they actually do make it available in the USA and so I bought some and will never be without again! #delighted ⁣ ⁣ I lived in Seattle for 8 years and I know my friends there will snub instant coffee but let me encourage you to try this one! I, too, was a coffee snob, but travel makes it easy to try new things and find some gems! 💎 ⁣ ⁣ I get emails from the company now and just learned that the founder (@jarydterk) of this coffee is moving to LA to hopefully grow this coffee in a new market. I’m inspired by his passion to keep spreading this goodness by leaving his home and all he knows to grow his business and bring this delicious coffee to us here in the USA. ⁣ ⁣ If you love coffee, I encourage you to order some! I like the unsweetened performance coffee, I’ve tried the mocha and the unsweetened collagen coffee too, all amazing. I love to add organic heavy whipping cream or half & half.. ⁣ ⁣ Coffee is what helps most of us get out of bed in the morning and when it’s this yummy, you’ll find yourself easily launching up to start your day. by @superdes5000

💧 Hey there friends! ⁣ ⁣ 💧 This Japanese medical grade device hooks up to the faucet and turns yucky tap water into clean, ionized, alkalyzed, hydrogen-rich water through the process of electrolysis. ⁣ ⁣ 💧 Hydrogen is the smallest molecule in the universe and researchers are discovering so many health benefits in the body. ⁣ ⁣ 💧 How healthy do you wanna be? ⁣ ⁣ 💧 Have you looked at your water yet? ⁣ ⁣ 💧 Wouldn’t it be amazing to have better health for the rest of your life just by simply changing your water? ⁣ ⁣ There are financing options available. I want you to know true health, feel amazing in your skin, and love your body. ⁣ ⁣#healthhacks #healthhabits #aginggracefully #agingwell #livewithpassion by @superdes5000
