Same 90 minutes which do you choose?

Distraction
Doomscroll
Mind numbing
Black hole activities
Lost time

Or
Bikram Yoga
Revitalize
Reorganize
From the inside out
Bones to skin
Coccyx to the toes

Bikram Yoga is discipline, it gives you the vitality so you can dance disco with your Great Great Grand children.

90 minutes in a Bikram Yoga class will create the discipline necessary to achieve goals, break records and live your best life.

In the comments ⬇️
Tell me about your first class and your latest.
What did you experience and what have you learned?

I can't wait to share more stories.
See you on the mat

Have I mentioned that one of the things I love most about this GLOBAL holistic wellness business I’m a part of is the super cool people I get to meet as a result?

Today I got to meet Des, fellow massage therapist, yogi, water sport enthusiast (canoe paddler), and world traveler and jam out around our passion for this “missing link” living water, yes…but also our our love for the 53 year old Japanese company who’s created an opportunity to hydrate not just
bodies and minds, but also bank accounts.

What would it mean to have an income stream that supports the different chapters and phases of your life? To not only improve your health, and the health of your community, but to build something that compounds over time, creating higher level choice in life? For the ability to work to the extent that feels good to your body, and not beyond it because there are bills to pay?

There’s so much goodness in this space, and I’m honored to be here, sharing what I believe holds so much value.

Thanks for coming in and sharing your story today, Des! See you somewhere around the world, one day soon 🫶

Is that the right hook? 🫠

In a world where everyone’s trying to find the latest catch phrase - you know what’s refreshing?

The truth.

Sometimes that truth feels too good to be true. But the reality of this capture I took earlier on the beach today when meeting up with global business owner @superdes5000 , is right here for all to see.

This business pays me more in one sale than it used to take 2 weeks, working nights away from my daughter in a sweaty restaurant. One sale. No extra noise. No extra forced human interaction. I meet incredible humans all over the world that are seeking the best water and I supply them with not only that, but the opportunity to pay it forward.

Here’s the living proof. Desiree borrowed the down payment to get this water and made her investment back in 12 sales. Now she travels the world, teaching Bikram yoga and sharing this powerful hydration and - since she didn’t have a P.O. Box after the Lahaina fires destroyed her home - I got the joy of witnessing her dedication and hard work roll in, in the form of these checks.

If you’re curious to know more, I suggest you follow that feeling. My curiosity got me here - dishing out freedom from the beach. Spending my time doing what I love the most, being with family and friends outside and supporting the health of our planet and its people.

Comment FREEDOM or dm and I’ll send you the video that hydrated my entire life.

Happy Birthday Russell🎈
.
.
.
I remember when we met in Nusa Lembongan @sandybaylembongan I did a double take and couldn’t believe how was Russell Simmons on the same island as me in the middle of Asia? And here we are now years later, practicing @ubudyogacentre and learning. Growing in community everyday. Thank you Russell for teaching me life lessons only an OG can. You are my inspiration for continuing to live life authentically, with passion and gratitude. I wish you a long life, peace and love.
Love your yoga teacher with the most swag.
Gia 🫶🏽❤️I’ll see you on the mat.

Incredible 🔥❤️
We're still unpacking the wonderment and beauty of our time at The Showbox last night. So many friends, laughs, tears, and, of course, songs shared and sung together. Whatever it meant to you as a fan, I guarantee it meant double to us.
Thank you all so very much.
We'll see you in Nashville in two weeks!
Much love to you all 🤗

It's more than just an online business...

See the thing is, when I said YES to this business 5 years ago I had no idea of the transformation it would have on alll the areas of my life.

not just financially.
but physically.
spiritually.
mentally.
& relationally.

not only did I get a massive global business that allows me to provide for my family and be fully present in motherhood, I gained friends and community I didn't even know I needed until I allowed myself to be supported & seen.

Ones that see you- like deeply get it, they help you unpack layers of "the onion" that seemed impossible to do without community.

ones that hold you in the dip, allow you to barrow inspiration for what you said YES to on the days that finding your inspiration from within seems hard.

a movement of people who are heart lead, you could open your home to them in a minute and you'd know they'd do the same.

It's more than just a business, it's allowing yourself to be supported, held, seen by others & intentionally doing the same for them.

without the motive of anything back in return.

an immediate connection of visions, dreams, dissolving old identities and paradigms for this big bold era we are stepping into.

we celebrate the wins together.
we hold YOU in the dip.
we help you remember who you are and why you said YES to rewriting an unconventional life.

It's never felt like a competition but a big ole life collaboration.

We are both grateful and excited to introduce you to Desiree, and to invite her to @yoga_heights_mke_ as a visiting teacher TONIGHT (Wednesday, August 6th)! Des will be taking the “podium” for the 5:30pm Bikram yoga (Classic 26) beginning series class, and she would love to meet you, and guide you through your asana practice this evening. We guarantee you won’t regret it, or your money back 🧘‍♂️ a little about Des~
She has been practicing bikram yoga since 2001 and became an instructor in 2012. As a dental assistant, massage therapist, yoga instructor and a hydration specialist, bodies and alignment are her passion. She loves that a bikram class brings peace and clarity to the mind as well as strength in the body. When her home, town, and massage business burned down in the Lahaina Maui fire in 2023, she found comfort in the community of bikram yoga, and is now traveling the world teaching yoga and hydration.
Welcome @superdes5000, we feel so lucky you’re here ✨
