mortal enemies 😈

3 minutes behind Brock is a win for me!
my life long regret is not videoing his reaction when I caught up to him at kilometre 55 😂 the look of absolute TERROR in his eyes!!

truly no clue how I did that; I assumed he was 30 minutes ahead of me, especially after my huge fall lolololol

watch your back Frazey 😈

It’s a harsh reality sometimes…
Scouting in picture perfect golden glow, only to show up to cold wind and grey skies on the actual shoot date.
Luckily it was a just-for-fun session, and wow these guys are such great sports, we just played with it anyway.

What a weekend! I was stoked to capture my @sfsg.rc pals supporting and running the 3 day Golden Ultra.

Huge congrats to @superjillll & @brockfraze for destroying last year’s times by a long shot. Your sibling rivalry made the weekend hilarious to watch!

I need a quick moment to talk about Jill doing the vertical 5k with her hair down, and she still looked flawless at the end. Fashion over function, baby!

To @smittylife who got through all 3 of these stages so unbelievably quick, we completely missed the finish line cross and the beer pass off thinking we still had time. You should be extremely proud of yourself!

@ghanycz, this just hasn’t been your summer but I’m truly impressed how positive and supportive you stayed all weekend. 2027 will be your year!

It was a weekend of great weather, good vibes and a lot of Bob Wingates. @transrockiesrunning puts on one hell of an event!
