✨Cowboy Buttery Steak and Ditalini✨

1. Take as many steaks as you need and add a little oil to those and some salt and pepper. (I used sirloin tender steaks). Cook those in a hot pan until desired. I cooked mine 3 minutes on both sides which made them at about a medium rare. Remove steaks from pan and let rest.
2. While the steak cooks make you cowboy butter by mixing: 1 stick of softened butter, 1 tablespoon minced garlic, 1 tablespoon parsley, 1 tablespoon chives(I didn’t have it this time for the video), 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard, and a teaspoon each of onion powder, smoked paprika(didn’t have in video, I used slay ya mama and onion and herb seasoning), red pepper flakes(optional a dash of cayenne pepper), 2 teaspoons lemon juice. Mix well.
3. Now deglaze that pan with a splash of beef broth. Then add that butter you made earlier.
4. Now add another 1 pound of ditalini pasta. Toss for a few minutes toasting that pasta in the butter.
5. Now add 4 cups of beef broth. Let boil. Mix around every couple of minutes. Cook around 8-10 minutes or until pasta is cooked through and liquid has been mostly absorbed. Once pasta is cooked turn down heat and add 1/4-1/2 cup of heavy cream. Depending on how creamy you’d like it. Then add 1/4-1/2 cup of shredded Parmesan cheese. Once melted add 1-2 cups chopped spinach. Mix until wilted.
