Amazing time @huntingdonvalleycc for the 2025 @superscratchfoundation Invitational.

Super-Scratch raises money to assist a crucial part of the golf world that is often overlooked. That would be turf grass and agronomy.

In this Invitational, superintendents from all over the country gather with a scratch golfer and play a 2-man better ball. Conditions were tough out there today, but the camaraderie among the ground’s world was inspiring to witness.

This is only a handful of the photos from today with plenty more to come!

“I came in when they were a few holes into the build as they were really starting to move massive amounts of earth to build what we call Mt. Dana”

In Good Company with @unionleaguegolf Director of Agronomy, @scott_bordner.

Great catching up with Scott to learn about his journey from Merion to Chicago GC, and now leading the charge at Union League of Philadelphia. We also touch on his involvement with our partners at the @superscratchfoundation and their mission to support turfgrass students across the country.

Head over to our clubhouse page, link in bio, for more on Scott and Super Scratch. taken in Union League National by @superscratchfoundation

The golf industry is facing a crisis

While enrollment in turf college programs are decreasing, rounds of golf are increasing, and with it, demand for turfgrass professionals.

Help us support the future of the game we all love
