@suramsfb | Off-Season Training Nothing is more thrilling than the end of a training cycle. High flying jumps, Max velocity sprints, Heavy loaded lifts, and whole lot of screaming. But what the outside world doesn’t always see on social media… The extensive tempos, the long TUT sets, the pursuit of resiliency, and the intention to be elite at the simple… that’s what drives championship teams. Less active on social media, but we’ve been working. And it’s been exciting Winter ✅ #Allin #Leavenodoubt #Alwayson4 #Eliteisthestandard #Relentlesspursuit taken in Shepherdstown, West Virginia by @suramsperformance

@suramsfb | In-Season Training There are a lot of variables that must be taken into account when designing any training plan. Adjustments are easily made and timing is everything, but in order to adapt, there must be stress. In-season is no different. Real training is hard. Smart training is hard. Implement. Adapt. Refine. Train hard. #GoRams #ShepherdAthletics #sportsperformance #intent#strengthandconditioning #alwayson4 #eliteisthestandard #relentlesspursuit #peakperformance taken in Shepherdstown, West Virginia by @suramsperformance
