Bye bye @dourfestival ❤️

Je l’ai déjà annoncé à certaines personnes mais cette 36 eme édition de Dour était la dernière pour moi en tant que directeur artistique du festival.
Depuis les premières scènes Forma.T (entre 2007 et 2012) jusqu’à m’occuper de l’entièreté de la programmation du festival depuis 2012, je suis fier et heureux d’avoir passé la quasi moitié de ma vie à faire de Dour ce qu’il est aujourd’hui, un festival majeur en Belgique multi genre, expérimental, avant-gardiste et inclusif.
Je remercie Alex, @claradhilly , @clementmeyer , @hugofreegow (bisous aussi à @lbmarszalek et @camille_grrrl ) et tous-tes les collaborateurs-rices et consultants-antes croisés-ées au long de ces années d’avoir pu bosser ensemble en restant toujours curieux, ambitieux et ouvert.
Je remercie évidement @carlo.diantonio , @damiendufrasne (et @nutrivibes.be ) et Béné de leur confiance et de nous avoir donné cette indépendance qui nous ont permis de faire de Dour notre terrain de jeu, notre vrai métier.
Je remercie également toutes les équipes que j’ai pu croiser tout au long de ces quasi 20 ans. Dour, c’est un projet d’équipe. Dour c’est et ça restera l’amour ❤️
Pour ma part, je suis heureux de clôturer ce chapitre avec plein d’étoiles dans les yeux et de souvenirs dans la tête. Je vais prendre le temps de me poser et de faire les bons choix dans le milliard de possibilités, de projets et de sollicitions pour la suite.

Merci aussi à @laetvanhove , Abel, Lou et Anna pour m’avoir toujours soutenu et donné de la force quand j’en avais besoin.

Very proud to have imagined, curated and supervised the music programming for @tagheuer ’s Monaco Grand Prix yacht party weekend. Bringing together exceptional artists, an iconic location and one of the world’s most legendary sporting events.

These are the projects I enjoy the most: building strong connections between brands, artists and audiences, and turning and twisting them into experiences people will remember.

Thank you to @brainstories.art for the trust, the ambition and the obsession with detail. Working alongside teams that constantly push creative standards higher is always a privilege.

1. Our playground for one unforgettable Monaco Grand Prix weekend.
2. Bringing @kaytranada on board is exactly what makes a TAG Heuer party different : rare, unexpected and impossible to replicate. When he gets @richthekid , @vinniehacker and @paulmirabel dancing together, you know something special is happening.
3. From @patrickdempsey to just 21 years old and already a remarkable performer. @lolamoxom setting the tone during the opening cocktail.
4. @adamten_ took things up a notch and brought the dancefloor to life.
5. Inviting @lauradegreef to close Saturday night felt like the perfect fit.
6. One last stop before the checkered flag. @later_music brought a fresh French touch to close the weekend in style.
