🏆 Congratulations to HPT Athlete @sabolsuri on earning the title of 2026 Indiana High School State Runner-Up in the Hammer Throw!

As only a true high school sophomore, Suri continues to demonstrate tremendous potential not only in the hammer throw, but across all throwing events. Her dedication, consistency, and work ethic have been instrumental in her success this season.

Suri religiously trains with us 2-3 times per week while balancing throwing practices and competitions. Her commitment to the process is a great example of what it takes to compete at a high level.

We are proud to serve as Suri’s strength coach and be a part of her athletic journey. At @hartmanperformance , we work with a wide variety of track & field athletes, including runners, hurdlers, jumpers, and throwers, helping them maximize their performance through specific strength and conditioning programs.

This runner-up finish is just another step in what we believe will be a very bright future. We’re excited to get back into the weight room this summer and continue building the strength, power, and explosiveness that will help Suri reach even greater heights. by @suri._throws

Standing only 5’7”, HPT athlete @sophia_kay4 knew she had to maximize every part of her development if she wanted to continue her volleyball career from high school to the Division I level.

She couldn’t get taller — so she made a decision:
✅Get bigger.
✅Get faster.
✅Get stronger.
The weight room work she put in with us at @hartmanperformance made that jump possible.

Now her high school sophomore sister @sabolsuri is chasing that same standard. She’s already throwing incredibly well at the high school level, with several colleges beginning to show interest. But talent alone isn’t enough — the weight room is where separation happens.

When Sophia is home from college, they train together and push each other— just as iron sharpens iron.

Here’s a look at one of their bench workouts together — building strength that carries over to the volleyball court and the throwing circle.
