DOWNTEMPO HYBRID LIVE SET
What an incredible journey of sound, energy and connection!

A heartfelt thank you to @nuua_beach – for the invitation and to everyone who joined us last Sunday for our Downtempo Hybrid Live Set.

It was a truly magical experience, where ancestral sounds, organic rhythms and deep vibrations came together to create something beyond music.

The energy, the atmosphere and the beautiful souls sharing this journey with us made every moment unforgettable.

Music is more than sound… it’s energy, connection and a journey back to our roots. 🤍🦅🌞

With love and gratitude,
@divenitto & @surinder_angelo

Has anyone here ever experienced a Gong Puja, or do you know what it is?

A Gong Puja is a deeply immersive sound experience in which the gongs are played continuously and intentionally, creating waves of vibration that move through the space and resonate throughout the entire body.
You simply lie down comfortably, close your eyes and allow yourself to be carried by the sound. As the journey unfolds, the mind can gradually become quieter, the body begins to soften and a deeper state of rest, presence and inner listening can emerge.

It is difficult to explain a Gong Puja through words because it is not something we simply listen to. It is something we feel with the whole body, and often something we truly understand only after experiencing it.

On 21 and 22 November, we will be holding a very special Gong Puja at Ser Vivo, in Palmela, in an intimate setting created for complete surrender to the vibration of 7h30 of continuous gong playing.

Today, Ângelo recommends “The Naked Voice”, by Chloë Goodchild, a book that invites us to discover the voice beyond performance, judgement or the need to consider ourselves singers.
Through simple but powerful exercises, the author explores the voice as a path to expression, presence and self-discovery. Some of these principles and practices have also influenced Ângelo’s work and are integrated into our Sound Healing Trainings.

A book to read, but above all, to experience with your own voice.

Have you read it yet?

These instruments carried stories, connected communities and gave voice to something far older than words.

In this ancestral echoes series, Ângelo introduces three Ancestral Echoes:

*The Abuelos’ Flute
A flute guided by breath, overtones and ancestral memory.

*Silbadoras
Ancient whistling vessels where air and water come together to create mysterious, living sounds.

*The Ocarina
A ceramic instrument with a voice that has travelled across cultures and through thousands of years.

These are more than ancient instruments. They are voices from the past, still echoing in the present.

🪶Comment “ECHOES” and receive 3 full videos of Ângelo explaining and playing these three Ancestral Echoes.

Which one are you most curious to hear?
