Introduction Post 💚 I’m the girl who will hype you up, roast you lovingly, protect your peace, and tell you the truth with my facial expressions before my mouth even opens. I may be all over the place (ADHD), but my intentions are always pure. 😂 Full-time worker. Full-time mom. Full-time exhausted. Somehow, I'm still finding time to make you f*ckers laugh while figuring out life. I am currently healing my mind, taking care of my body, and protecting my energy. If that resonates with you, follow along! 🚨 PSA from my mother 🚨 At 37 years old, I’ve been asked to publicly announce that I am NOT a therapist, psychologist, or licensed anything. 💅 I just talk about the trauma I survived so well that some of you confuse experience with a degree. Everything I post comes from real life, hard lessons, and a sprinkle of sarcasm. Proceed accordingly. #introduction #followme #sarcasm #masshole by @susan_itsfine
I think I was supposed to be born into generational wealth.😏 I’m built to bee bop around, make people laugh, and occasionally cause harmless chaos. Weeeeee! Why the fu*k do I have a job?🤣 Tag your fellow co-worker. by @susan_itsfine
You ever wake up and realize your personality is back?✨️ Yeah. Y'all better look the fuck out today. Life's been life-ing, I've been overthinking, under sleeping and learning entirely too many lessons against my will. But today? I feel GOOD.👏🏼 It’s Wednesday. I’m ready to go. No idea where. But I'm ready. #humpday #sarcasm #letsgo by @susan_itsfine
I'm a silver lining type of girl and I believe in fate. Even when life makes absolutely zero sense. Yesterday, heartbreak brought us together. After saying our goodbyes, we headed to the Shoppe. We shared drinks, stories, laughs, and met the people we've chosen to build our lives with. These guys? They were all friends back then, still are. Me? More of a familiar face throughout the years. But we grew up together. We remember versions of one another that the rest of the world never knew. 20 years later, that still feels like home. There's something beautiful about finding comfort in people you never realized were part of your story. I wish it hadn't taken a goodbye to bring us together. But yesterday, in the middle of all that sadness, the silver lining was the people. 🧡 by @susan_itsfine
Halloween 2026 👻🎃 Pikachu and some barnyard friends! 🐮🐷 Also, Mila out-walked her brother. While majority of the time, Marley enjoyed treats in the wagon. 🤣👏🏼 by @susan_itsfine
They told us to show our work in school. I own my mistakes and submit the corrections.👏🏼😏 #sarcasm #oldschool #edit #joke by @susan_itsfine
They flutter into his hands and right back out. Doesn't count, bud. You have to catch it. Try again! 🙃🍂 #parenting #adviceoftheday #newengland #masshole by @susan_itsfine
Happy 8 years, babe! 🤍 We’ve seen 16 fall seasons together. From twenty-somethins to almost forty-somethins… We've changed so much along the way, and you've loved me through every version of myself. We have built a family I'm so proud of. A home that’s never perfect, but always warm, cozy, and open to the people we love. A whole life WE made, while we were still growing up ourselves. I love you beyond words. Thank you for seeing me when I couldn’t quite see myself, and for loving the woman I’m becoming. I know she's a lot. But she loves you a lot, too. I'm excited to meet the future versions of us. Someday we'll look back at these pictures and realize how young we still were. Cheers to many more years, babe. 🥂 by @susan_itsfine
Class of 2007: Served up Detention and left our mark... in 2nd place. I was only mad for 1 min. Okay it was 5. But then I got over it because collectively, we raised $19,852.00 for ELHS teachers and students. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 East Longmeadow: don't say I never gave you anything. 😏 HUGE congratulations to the IT team for taking 1st. That last minute donation sure helped. 🙄 Thank you to everyone who donated, showed up, and supported us! That's a win in my book! To my crew: I seriously had the BEST night with you guys! Thank you for all the time, effort, and chaos you put into making this happen. Wouldn't have wanted to serve detention with anyone else. 🫶🏼 @eleef413 THANK YOU for letting us be part of this! You guys really know how to throw a party... I mean fundraiser. Also, I served more waters than actual drinks last night. AT A BAR. We're getting the earlier shift next round! Until next time! ✌🏼❤️🤍 by @susan_itsfine
While waiting for the bus this morning, Mac ran to the mailbox per usual. Poor kid has no idea how much he'll hate that mailbox when he's older. BUT, Christmas catalogs have started. Sooo yeaaaa. 🫠 But that sunlight shining through the trees?! It made me stop for a second, take a deep breath, and appreciate the little things. It's mornings like this that remind me how much I have to be grateful for. 🤍 Happy Wednesday, everyone! #humpday #goodmorning #sunshine by @susan_itsfine
I've been going through it lately, full transparency. Life, kids, work, responsibilities. All the shit!! My parents always told me, "It never stops." Well, congratulations, Mom and Dad. I fucking get it now. My husband recently told me I needed to start taking more time for myself. No phone. No TV. No distractions. Just me and a little peace and quiet. Sounds amazing, right? Except I sat there and stressed about everything. The past. The present. The future. Even scenarios my brain completely over thought and made up. I wasn't taking time for myself. I was just giving my anxiety a quieter place to scream in. I think a lot of us do this... We call a kid free grocery trip "me time." We squeeze in a nail appointment between all our other responsibilities and call it self care. Meanwhile, we're mentally running through tomorrow's to-do list while someone asks us what color we want. That's not peace. That's maintenance with a side of overstimulation. We've gotten so used to being needed, being busy, being ON, that we've forgotten how to just exist without doing something. Even when we finally get a moment to ourselves, we feel guilty for taking it. Or we spend the entire time thinking about what we should be doing instead. We're physically taking a break, but mentally we're still clocked in. So here's what I'm learning. Take yourself to dinner. Go see a movie. Sit by the water. Do absolutely nothing. And for the love of whatever you believe in... let yourself actually BE there. The problems will still exist when you get back. The laundry will still be there. Someone will still need a snack. Life will continue being the beautiful pain in the ass that it is. But for a little while, you get to belong to yourself. That's what taking care of ourselves really means. Not escaping our lives. Just remembering we're allowed to exist outside of everything everyone needs from us. Because one day, we'll look back and realize these were the moments we kept wishing we had more time for. Don't spend them wishing you were somewhere else.✨️ #selfcare #growth #youmatter by @susan_itsfine
It's a turn, not a marriage proposal. Just make the commitment. 🙄 #commitment #drive #sarcasm by @susan_itsfine
