Finally got to the beach 🏖️ in Bethany! They created a couple walk downs where the least amount of erosion occurred. So grateful 🙏 by @susha.schmitt

Last week in NM preparing for travel

☀️Delaware Wise Women’s Welness yoga retreat

☀️Delaware Beach House and time with dear friends at the ocean

☀️Michigan for my sisters final Celebration of Life

It’s a lot and what I realize is I need lots of time to pause and breath.

I’ll be at the ocean 🌊 for most of the journey (my happy place) which will help balance and rejuvenate me 🙏

Grateful for this insight and love ❤️ and staying connected to what’s true for me right now. by @susha.schmitt

Haven’t made homemade pizza in a very long time.

This one was with a bought dough (usually I would make my own) but it sure was good anyway.

So easy I’ll be doing this more for sure!

Anyone else make their own? So much healthier than the pizza places although I love those too! by @susha.schmitt

Do you know what the Roper Romp is?

It’s happening the weekend our call retreat is and it’s going to be a hoot!

So we’ll experience both/and

Self connection and inner body awareness through yoga AND laughing and enjoying this very unique event!

Both of these experiences (self connection and laughing) are vital for our wellbeing.

We have a few spaces open for our to retreat and we’d love for you to enjoy it with us!

I’ll drop the link in the comments below. by @susha.schmitt
