This Month's Masterclass in The Yes Collective is all about owning our mid-life power with the amazing @susha.schmitt

Join us Thursday, July 31st at 3:30pm EST and Say Yes to your mid-life rebirth!

Perimenopause is often misunderstood as a time of decline, but in Ayurveda, this stage is viewed as a powerful transition—a unique opportunity for self-discovery, rejuvenation, and transformation.

This masterclass will help guide women to feel empowered, inspired, and connected to their embodied wisdom using the science of Ayurveda, allowing for a new perspective on how to manage symptoms (or what Ayurveda calls imbalance) through perimenopause and beyond.

Had a great oil biz weekend in Annapolis... thanks to my good friend & mentor Sue xoxo ❤🥰 Last Saturday Sue taught an amazing Women's Gathering yoga retreat, where I was blessed to get to spend the day with a wonderful group of like-minded women. The abundance of positive energy that is felt there is unexplainable, which is why I'd never miss the opportunity each year. Sue always seems to hit home with what the focus of the day is.. this time being "manifestation." Law of Attraction baby!..I'm all about it..and need to really dig in more. I always leave that day having learned something about myself & knowing what more I need to work on. Sue offered the opportunity to share my homemade oil blend rollerballs with the group & I was surprised to sell half my stock! I hope everyone enjoys!
Sunday, Sue & I taught an oil class at a fellow oil lovers home, where I got to meet & connect with several women & share my oil love. It was a fun & successful experience & I'm looking forward to building relationships with a few of those women, helping them on their oil journeys. The class got to make their own rollerballs & get an energy scan to reveal what oils their bodies are needing..an amazing tool!
Thank you to Kelly for hosting a beautiful time at your home & thank you to all that took your time to attend! Hope you all left feeling more educated about the oils, although probably a bit overwhelmed..it's a lot! But no worries..I'm here to help guide you.

Over the past few years I've learned the meaning of self-care & make it a priority in my life because I learned the hard way what the consequences are if it's ignored. So when Sue asked me to stay overnight & help teach oil classes the day after the yoga retreat I contemplated my options & chose to turn it into an opportunity for "me" time.
To everyone I met & those I reconnected with last weekend.. it was a great pleasure making memories with you, getting to know you, sharing my love for oils, and planting seeds for the future.
As always I'm here to help..just let me know how... #oillove #oillife #doterra #oileducation #spreadingoillove #yogaretreat #metime #selfcare #manifestation #oilconnections #plantingseeds
