Soccer is the future!

I was one of 23 students in @sportsmediauga to visit the US Soccer National Training Center in Fayetteville, GA. We toured the facility, enhanced our resumes, dined at their commons, and spent time connecting with staff in all aspects of the federation. My biggest takeaway: recent World Cup momentum is continuing to keep soccer in the conversation, especially leading up to next year’s Women’s World Cup. So exciting to see this “new wave” that’s hitting the U.S.!

My first UGA Hockey article is up! Head coach John Camp and sophomore captain Zach Noll talked about their "Built Beneath Athens" initiative and how it serves as a mantra for the season. Following the team's team bonding trip to San Diego with the Navy SEALs, the new roster is ready to hit the ice for their season opener on Sept. 27. Use the link below to read more....

Take a peek at what a day with @sportsbusinessclassroom looks like…

This day was the Mock Trade Deadline, so agents & GMs were running around, while the media found storylines. Such valuable real world experiences! Thank you @bobbymarks42 & the rest of the SBC staff for making this possible 😊

First NBA Summer League with SBC is in the books!!! 😊 This past week couldn’t have been a more well-rounded experience. I was busy practicing new interviewing techniques and receiving thoughtful critiques, as well as connecting with sports enthusiasts from around the globe! Incredibly grateful to learn from such respected teachers and those around me. A weak full of pinch-me moments!
