It’s been a tough week. Today we said goodbye to our sweet Annie 🤍

She passed peacefully this morning at with all of us by her side. She’s not in pain anymore, but we’ve cried a lot today and already miss her so much.

Annie was such a soft, loving soul and she came into our family at exactly the right time, for her and for us. She was comfort, warmth, and the best little companion we could’ve asked for. We already miss her cuddles, her sweetness, and the way she loved watching TV with us.

Today marks three years without my dad, and we honored him in the most Ralph way possible… with a big 7-11 coffee (just… without the mountain of sugar and creamer he loved so much).

Here’s to Ralph: the man who showed up for his community no matter what (smiling or grumpy), who cared deeply in his quiet way, and who made everyday moments feel steady and safe.

I love you, Dad. I miss you every day. And I’m so grateful for the little rituals, like this coffee, that keep you close. ☕💛 by @suzannebdayton
