Four days on Oʻahu, and first trip to Hawaii for Reed and me. We packed in plenty: Waikiki wandering, sea turtles at Paradise Cove, beach time at White Plains, and a little adventure thru Kualoa Ranch. Add good friends, great food, and time with my girls, and that’s a pretty perfect getaway.

The only two words we know today are BEACH DAY. 🌊😂

Are we excited? Maybe a little. Are we going to say it 472 more times before we get there? Absolutely. 🏖️🤙

Feeling strong AF and light on my lil tootsies 💪🏼🏃🏻 Spent the last few weeks: going back to Cali to surprise my baby sis at her engagement party❤️, hitting Day 90 of 90 for this sobriety challenge (and still counting), getting out in the damn sunshine as often as possible, and visiting Hawaii for the first time - and the month ain’t even over yet 🤙🏼

I cannot believe it’s been 3 weeks since this EPIC moment!!

This is something that I would have never said “yes” to alone.

Something happens when you put yourself in the right room (or hot air balloon 🤣) with the right people. Those things you thought you could never do…well, they remind you that you can…and before you know it ~ you will 😘

And “Oh, the places you’ll go” - Dr. Seuss

Thank you @erin.renninger for hosting the most EPICally amazing retreats!!! And thank all you ladies for this absolute most memorable moment!!

Rising together!!! 🎈✨

Watching these women step into their courage, overcome their fears, and fully embrace the moment was pure magic. Some were terrified, some were buzzing with excitement, and some were at complete peace—but no matter where we stood emotionally, we stood together. 💫

That’s the power of women supporting women. Of uplifting—physically, mentally, and spiritually. Of bringing our collective energy together and creating something unforgettable.🤩

Floating 5,000 feet above the Arizona desert, watching the sunrise paint the sky, feeling the stillness of the world below… it was breathtaking. An adventure of a lifetime. One none of us will ever forget.🏜️

And to top it off? We landed to celebrate with champagne, orange juice, and a beautiful breakfast in the desert. 🥂☀️

This is what it means to say YES to adventure. YES to growth. YES to experiences that push you, empower you, and bring you into alignment with the life you’re meant to live.💯

Would you do it?! Drop a 🎈 in the comments if a hot air balloon ride is on your bucket list! ⬇️

Our first full day at the Design & Align Retreat was nothing short of magical. ✨

We started the day with an adventure that was more than just a climb—it was a journey of transformation. Together, we set out to conquer Camelback Mountain, and what unfolded was beyond words.🏜️

As we climbed, I watched these incredible women shed their limiting beliefs—leaving fear, doubt, and self-imposed boundaries on the mountain. They let the breeze carry those burdens away, and what remained was freedom, strength, and so much light. 🌬️

There was a cleansing happening—a release of what no longer served them. And as they reached higher, both physically and emotionally, they realized they are capable of so much more than they ever imagined. ⛓️‍💥

It was truly amazing to witness these women stepping into their power, freeing themselves, and embracing the truth of what’s possible when they let go and climb higher. 🥾

Day one set the tone for an unforgettable retreat, and I’m so grateful I got to watch this transformation unfold. Here’s to more freedom, courage, and abundance ahead! 💫

Today, I wished my family a good morning from 5000 ft 🌄

Right now it still feels surreal. Thank you sooooo much @erin.renninger for this epic experience!!! I love adventuring and elevating with you my friend 😘

I can’t wait to share all the photos and more details about everything we’ve been doing here in Arizona, but for now I want to share this…

Fear is an illusion. We spend so much time telling ourselves all the things we “can’t” or “could never” do. Shift your mindset, change your life 🙌
