Knitting up this beautiful rough tough Welsh badger face sheep’s wool into the @duck.duck.knits freckles sweater. It’s going to be a work outerwear jumper. Not for sensitive skin;)

The yarn is from @threepools_permaculturefarm from their flock usually used to felt or weave. Since visiting the farm last week I feel so connected to the land by using this raw undyed, natural wool… this is the most ‘straight from source’ material I have ever used which feels right and exciting.

What can happen when we turn to old heritage crafts? Revival of the ancient. Make your own clothes. Use every part of the animal. Dare to be sustainable. by @suzy.crossley
