🇲🇦Week 3 in Morocco 🇲🇦

From refreshing in Paradise Valley to celebrating my birthday on the rooftop of our hostel. Sam and I visited the fabric market in Agadir and both chose a fabric for the chairs of our vans. We exchanged our rental car at the airport and turned the waiting period into a spontaneous game of volleyball 🏐

It was a busy week with the finishing touches of my van before she’s ready to hit the spray room! We met up with the my friend Silke, who lives here in Tamraght, and I was surprised to hear that my other friend Tessa also just arrived here!

A week full of friendships, sunshine and excitement 🌞

Want to discover some hot emerging artists?

We want to tell you about 3 super sick artists from Stroud!

**Freddie Cardew** – Charcoal drawing, mono prints & painting

‘My body of work centers on the body & confronts the viewer with deliberately distorted proportions.’

Usually working on a large scale her work features elements & viewpoints which fragment and merge with one another.

@fcardew_art

**Suzy Crossley** – Painting, sculpting, Ceramics

Uses her natural abstract expressionist flare to explore how a process can be stretched to discover more about cause and effect.

Her captivating work ‘reveals the tussle between intentioned and spontaneous movement’

@suzy.crossley

**Poppy Lomax** – Painting, photography, drawing

Produces emotionally tender work which offers us close ups of real life intimacy by way of still life. In her own words she is, ‘interested in depictions of self through the male gaze, acting my own voyeur, as well as pieces capturing the memories of moments of love.’

@poppy__lomax

Thanks to these amazing artists to sending us these video clips, check out their instagrams to see what they have been up to x
